First time being here and they had the odd ball stuff i needed which is surprising. We have the entire selection of a hardware store that went out of business in the back of the shop and didnt have what I needed, these guys did and knew right where it was and everything. Makes the experience quick and easy so I can get back to what I need to do. Beats asking the kids at the competition stores for what I need and they just stare at me. Staff that knows their store is worth the trip alone. Prices are great too, will definitely be back

I recently visited Marks with a friend, and I was thoroughly impressed and amazed, at the selection, the prices, and the help!The guys there helped me to figure out what this weird split-nut thing I had was, and gave me a different explanation on how it was probably manufactured, in a way I hadnt considered. Im grateful for that knowledge!Their selection is top-notch - I found things there that Ive only ever seen online, mainly. Certainly not at one of the big box stores. And the prices beat them completely!Finally, one thing I noticed and appreciated was the willingness of the staff to help people find or understand something. More than once I witnessed staff ask customers if they needed assistance, and help them find the right fitting or dohicky they needed for their project. That, and their help with my weird part, tells me they care about their customers and needs. I highly appreciate that.I had a wonderful experience, and I know that I will be a repeat customer!

Best inventory in and around Phoenix for nuts and bolts

Friendly staff, good service. Just got done spending over $100 on just nuts and bolts for my current motorcycle build and future ones. This wouldve been $400 worth of hardware at Ace. In and out in 30 minutes. I only wish they were closer to me or Id be there twice a week.

Cars, guitars, machine tools, taps, dies, lawn mowers, transmissions, amplifiers, bungee cords, left handed drills. I got an Ibanez made (assembled) in USA Saber Custom guitar fixed in time for a Friday night gig, and the guitar was not dropped off until 2:00 PM. I wish Mark stayed open a little later, but the job is done, and done right. Why? Because I used the right parts to make a good reliable permanent repair. JB Weld, and a broken stud does NOT work nearly as well as a new threaded stud screwed & peened into the cast saddle. That is a permanent repair, that should last a very long time, and avoided having to pay $300 for a new bridge assembly. Marks also made my truck so the transmission can be drained and the filter changed without pulling out cross members or skid plates. Bring your mechanics hats and prepare to engineer! I will be back out there monday to try to find some cage nuts or Tee lock nuts for an AR15. Cars, trucks, guitars, amplifiers, stoves, appliances, whatever, if it uses fasteners, check this place out! The roll pin for that gun was $18 from a gun store. It was a nickel from the fastener store! The old one was rotted away to nothing. What can go wrong with the new one? NOTHING! Mark also wont take returns so all the nuts and bolts are up to spec, and are not stretched stressed or otherwise compromised. They are prime new parts unless otherwise specified!

The assortment of nuts and bolts are the best in the valley they have a variety of metric and standard all sizes very small to the largest that you need in almost every project whenever I need specific size they always have it The only thing I dont like is they charge a tariff tax on everything theres other stores who sell products from China that dont charge tariff tax so what the hells the difference its just another way to get in a dollar for you but I still shopped it because I love the convenience and always have the supply I need

Absolutely 110% has a true SURPLUS of bolts and knowledge for that matter. Never fails to help me find the exact thread pitches and lengths I need. Even if it’s not exact they compensate with other resources to suffice.

Excellent assortment and help if asked. I work on land stuff,and ocean salt water stuff. This place is my one stop shop. I carry a magnet for stainless, and they have the good stuff here. Better than any other place in the valley, and beyond. The owner and help are always very busy taking care of customers on the phone and in the store. Take your time to browse, they have everything!

Needed a 140mm bolt for a Nissan and even the dealer couldn’t locate one! Ordered about 8 different ones and all were wrong. Did some digging and found Marks Bolts and Nuts. Made a trip down and as soon I gave Mark the dimensions and specs I had the correct bolt in my hands! Amazing selection and service! We will definitely be back as I am sure we will need more stuff in the future. Thanks again Sir did the excellent service and having a next to impossible bolt in stock

Store operates with owner on site who is very knowledgable & available daily should you need some options regarding your project. This includes a wide variety of hardware including thread repairing tools with solutions as well and all at a reasonable cost. After one visit youll definitely be back!

Well a friend from my wood working shop turned me on to marks nuts and bolts . It was way much more than I could ever hope to find ! I use to go to the hardware stores or home depot, but no more, hes got them beat by a mile . I wont go any where but here !!! You wont find better prices and he is your friend just ask if you cant find what your looking for. I have been buying from Mark for 20 years now.For afew reasons great selection of fasteners and alot more hard to find items.For use around the home and business..You will find the best selection of stainless fasteners anywhere right under this roof.Along with many other fasteners.Plus tarp and shade needs. A good selection of small hand tools tap and die needs.Some electrical, hinges, etc etc.You simply need to make the first visit.Pricing is also better than any of the larger stores.IF you need help, you will have to ask.For the simple reason this is a small owner run store front.He runs a tight ship and in order to help get the better prices.He cant afford to hire more help than is just needed.You wont have to run all over like at home depot looking for anyone who could help you.At marks someone is easy to find.Just be patent when there always busy doing something or helping someone.My only complaint is the hours.But again you can only do so much. Meaning we all have our limitations. Great store and selection and prices check marks out!

This store is the place for the DIYers, car builders, repairmen or anyone who looking for right hardware for that certain job. I love this place. In the (probably)10 years I have gone here, I think I walked out twice without the item I was looking for. It is the candy store for hardware junkies. Mark is a nice enough guy, not long winded, and all business. Make a list, and then take a trip here maybe once a month to stock-up your bins. Take the time to look around. There more things than just nuts and bolts.

Couldnt decide if i wanted to go to Marks, the reason is that i live in Casa Grande and really didnt feel like making the 136 mile round trip journey just for some nuts and bolts, since the morning turned out pretty nice, i decided to kill two birds with one stone. Get in a good motorcycle ride staying on the back roads and checking out Marks. Best decision Ive made today. great place had everything i need and more great people, great prices 5 star set up no doubt, would make the trip again in a heartbeat.
