This past weekend I asked the lady that works at the build a bear work shop if it was possible if I could get a bear with my grandma voice recording in one bear and she said that it was possible I was so happy when she said that unfortunately I didn’t get one but next time I go I would love to get one though.

5 stars is completely for Justin and his customer service. There were 3 workers including Justin. The 2 other females were too busy talking to the security guard and not paying any attention to us. Justin approached us and made our build a bear experience a memorable moment. He is so patient and so kind with kids and explained and walked my 4yr old niece through the process. After we finished with our bear he asked us to go to the register to have the ladies ring us and again they were still in a deep conversation with the security. I had to finally ask them to ring me up. If it wasn’t for him and the smile he put on my niece’s face I would rate them a 0 if I could.

This is a fun place to the youngest members of your family! My 7 year old goddaughter enjoyed dressing her bear with her own personal style! She loved this place! A little bit pricey, but it was worth it!

I wanted to get a bear for my little step sibling and they heartlessly ripped us off, by lying about a deal! The customer service was dysfunctional. They did offer us a complete refund.

Daughter loved her bear, it is tradition we always buy her a bear.
