(Please read this entire review). Cynthia is not rude as the other reviewer stated. Cynthia likes to talk rather quickly as she has a lot of incoming calls & I can relate to that as I run a Computer Repair Business single-handedly & I also cannot always spend a lot of time on the phone with 1 Single Customer. I have had to interrupt Cynthia before as like I said she does talk fast, but dont mistake that for Poor Customer Service (there is a big difference between poor customer service & someone who just talks fast). Cynthia & her Team of Glass Technicians has never let me down & they do as good if not better a job as some of the big names out there. I want to specifically state that on one occasion Cynthia went out of here way (above & beyond what was expected) & was able to track down OEM Glass for my 2006 VW Passat which I prefer the OEM due to the Rain Sensor working better on OEM Glass. She found the Windshield I wanted 2 States away in Northern California. That is just 1 Example & whoever wrote that 1-Star Review probably didnt give Cynthia a chance to make things right. Perhaps I have more patience than most, but the bottom line is that you will do yourself a huge favor if you give Paragon Glass an Opportunity to earn your business. They work well with most (if not all) Insurance Companies with no hassle. Thanks for reading my review, and this was all honest feedback from my 2+ years of doing business with Paragon.

If i Could i would leave NO stars for their horrible phone customer service the lady who answers the phone is very rude i would never use them ever

The description says Glass and Mirror shop but they only do auto glass. Also the receptionist was incredibly rude even in the 10 seconds that I spoke to her.
