I called them to shave off the edge of my granite countertop so my new fridge would fit better. On top of that service I also asked them to restore my granite countertop-- clean, buff, polish, and seal. They quoted extra $200 but later advised me they will not buff, claiming that its not needed / recommended. As soon as they said it I felt I was played, but they assured me that after the sealant application it will be completely smooth and shiny, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I waited 24 hours and had to buy the 3-in-1 product that they instructed me to use, and completed the polishing myself! The worst part is that it didnt look any more special than when I deep-clean it myself with my own store-bought products. It’s the same as before, still looking dull and flat in some areas, glossy in others, uneven sheen all around. They kept saying its the stone is just naturally dull with pores all over. Nice try. If my requirement was impossible they should have been honest enough to refuse service and not take payment. I communicated my wishes clearly so if they knew there wasn’t going to be much difference I wish they would have told me honestly so I could have saved my money. I appreciate their work on shaving off the countertop edge so I added a star. But I still feel they took advantage and ripped me off with the polish request.

Least I could say is awesome work!! One of the cleanest and most detailed jobs I have seen and all done in a very time efficient manner. Will definitely go back and recommend to anyone looking for amazing work and service.
