The 4star rating is for one of the staff and their terrific ham. Went about 5pm one night and they were completely out of both soups...disappointing. went back and got ham and bean soup and half sandwich combo. Ham was great but only 1 slice. Soup was just ok. Again, disappointing for the price of their food.

We had the Bean and Ham Soup Yummy 😋 but we have never had anything that wasnt good. HONEY BAKED HAM STORE for lunch is inexpensive and very Tasty & Good!!

Great ham and smoked turkey breast for Easter dinner. Always consistent and yummy. If you havent tried their products, just ask for a sample. Pricey, but for a fantastic holiday dinner, it is worth it!

This place is really good had the ham classic and fell in love ...wife had the cob salad and was the best shes had.. nothing but good about this place staff was more than friendly definently recommend this to everyone will definitely be back

First let me say that I have never tasted anything I dont like from Honey Baked Ham. They really have the best! I love the smoked turkey at Thanksgiving so I ordered one online and had a reservation confirmation code and thought I was set. I go to pick it up and they nonchalantly say we are out of turkeys. Lets just say I am not impressed. Just beware that a reservation code actually doesnt guarantee you will get what you reserve.

Long line of people who placed an order online, picked a pickup time AND paid for it ahead of time, I waited 40 minutes past my pick up time before I got my food, the line behind me was very long! Some people waited in that line only to find out they were out of some stuff. Meanwhile, the walk-in line was moving along fine, walking out with bags of hams and side dishes!

Absolutely terrible. Auggie behind the counter should be fired. The entire staff was chatty with each other, had no idea where to send people for orders to pick up, and then proceeded to grab the wrong items, and missed another half of the order. They then proceed to get upset when this was pointed out. For almost 200 dollars the service here is terrible. Go to a better business that treats their customers spending money with respect.

I come here for holidays and although it’s busy, they get you in and out quickly. When I went for Christmas they had police officers helping at the registers and I was happy that the company supports cops.

They botched the holiday pickup. Preordered prepaid orders not set aside. Chaos and long wait at curbside pickup as people standing in line got served first, even if no preorder. Cops even had to come out. I feel bad for the customers and hope all get their holiday meals but I also feel bad for the young employees teying to help and being berated, I tried to be nice but firm. I ended up with a larger ham. Thank you!

Usually my experience at the HoneyBaked Ham store is really good however today was different. The salesperson was rude and very unwilling to help with my situation.

I absolutely love Honey Baked Ham!! I usually place an order online during certain holidays but noticed a Honey Baked Ham store while I was driving. I decided to go in and check out the eatery. Im glad I did! The lunch menu looked amazing and everything was so clean and decorated nicely. I ended up purchasing a small ham. The female employee was very helpful and provided me brochures for special ordering. I would give 10 stars if I could!

I ordered a platter for 8 to 10 people, absolutely fantastic, in many ways...it came with delicious ham and turkey, all sliced and laid out nicely on the tray, a scrumptious salad, fresh bread rolls, another platter of lettuce, tomatoes, several sliced cheeses . Oh yes, bags of chips, and plastic dinnerware for 10 persons! And it was enough for probably 20 people! Honey Baked Ham is a great place to eat and work. Wonderful management, friendly employees. Clean work environment. And the food is out of this world. I only wish it was somewhat cheaper but its certainly understandable given the quality.

Always great food. Not cheap price wise but the final products have yet to let me down so its definitely worth the extra money. They say you get what you pay for and with this ham it holds true. Enjoy!

What a wild experience! I reserved a ham for Thanksgiving dinner and picked it up Wednesday. Ive never done it before and doing it for this holiday may not be representative of the usual experience here! They were so busy they had someone standing by the entrance to direct customers to a different entrance because of the way they were set up inside. One long line was in front of the counter where you tell them what you want or give them your reservation order number ~ and of course, you can add items to the order. There were (I think?) six employees behind the counter and they called the next customer in line as they finished with another customer. It went SO FAST! From there you got in line to pay, and again, IT WENT SO FAST! I dont think I was in there more then ten minutes. They are so well organized and work so well as a team, everyone was cheerful and smiling. It was great! The ham? I bought a quarter ham, and it lived up to the reputation their hams have. I am not certain, but I think the crusty topping, which was in little chunks here and there, were supposed to be honey glaze ~ I THINK. I never heard of leaving a ham to warm up at room temperature instead of heating it in the oven, but thats what the directions say. It was too cold near the bone for our liking, so I did heat it a little, but not for long. The glaze never did anything but fall in between the slices, so I dont understand how thats supposed to work. Over all, and very good experience, albeit expensive, but I expected that ~ and it after all a special occasion! Added two days later: GREAT sandwiches came from that ham!

Although this used to be a great company to work for. Also the food is great. However I worked for this company this year for Thanksgiving. I worked out in Sun City West. I made the manager Kelly aware of me being treated in a racist matter. When she gave the insensitive response purple and Clara wasnt treated that way which meant my treatment was irrelevant or false. if I could give this company 0 stars I would. Ive never played the race card for fun. This company needs to train their managers how to better handle situations of this nature. #Disgusted!

I asked for bone-in ham, and when I got home realized she gave me a boneless ham. It was too late to return and I had guests at home. A big disappointment for me

So we ordered our stuff online this year for thanks giving and I was a little sceptical but it worked nicely UPS delivered it and they were still plenty frozen and perfectly yummy and they have officially ruined turkey and ham for me now...The only thing I would change and or fix is giving the customer the UPS tracking# so we as the consumer know when about it will arrive and or if its been delivered.Oh and I would order it 1 day sooner than you need it ours got here on the day we selected but it was at like 9pm lol

The 3lb. smoked turkey breast comes pre-cooked and sliced, ready to eat. It is moist and absolutely the best ever. Will be back to get another one for the holidays.

Wanted to buy some food but was greeted with a long line and a woman that asked if we could go back through the other door .

The food is delicious! On one lunch visit, they were a little busier than normal and took about 7 mins to make my sandwiches, but they kindly apologized for the wait and offered me a free bag of chips and a drink. Very friendly staff.
