Cool hat shop. But the Goorin Bros hats had some defects. Very deformed and flimsy mesh. Cashier was a bit hostile to get me to spray some sweat stain protectant. No thank you.

Favorite hat store!

First time waking into a hat club. Was greeted and helped by one of the guys. Even got some info on what days are best to come in for the releases. Dope shop! Scored 2 pairs of the valentines day new era releases.

Great selection with awesome customer service! Love all the variety and all the hats you cant find everywhere. The patches they can put on your hats are great as well. Definitely worth a trip to find the best hats.

Very unprofessional place. Employees were making fun of a customer who didn’t speak English. I understand having fun at work, but to joke and play about how they would speak to customers who don’t speak English is very unprofessional. I understand to joke and play when you don’t have customers in the store, but when customers are present is very unprofessional. This place is a joke!!!!!

The best in the bizz

Worst experience ever. The 2 employees working there are like stoners or something. I bought a hat got 2 patches and they Burnt the hat. They say all hats are goning to be burnt. Not true. Worst customer servise ever. Bad communication skills. Also they have that im always right tone a voice. Will never shop at this location again. Better off shopping online or else where.

They usually have the best hats at Arrowhead mall. Lots of exclusive deals. It just depends on whos working there. They have the best selection of new hats and brands by far. Especially for baseball teams.

The selection of their hats is good but their employees flat out suck. I walked in and the guy didnt want too help me and was ignoring me but when another guy walked in he was being nice and helpful, to make it worse when I went to checkout I was offered the protection charge and I refused but yet I was still charged and to top it all off when the guy was done spraying the protectant spray on the hat he threw the hat on the counter and said Here youll thank me later. Definitely not what I expected when I walked in and I will never return back, save yourself from rude employees and buy your hats online, at another location, or another store like Lids!
