Wife and I were in the market for a hot tub. Reviews pointed us to Sunset Spas in Glendale. Walked in off the street not knowing what to expect but right out of the gate Mark greeted us with a smile and showed us around the floor. He was cordial and very professional. He strategically walked us through the entire selection process. He asked a lot of qualifying questions to help us determine the right type of spa. He was very open and upfront regarding the order and delivery process. We dont like surprises and there were none to be had. Sunset Spas works with a third party vendor for the installation process and everything went as smooth as silk. We did have a 4 month wait for our spa BUT we are enjoying it now and couldnt be happier with Marks recommendations. I continue to go back into the store for tips on spa care and Mark is ALWAYS happy to answer. Hes also a cool person to talk to and owns a spa himself. If you are in the market for a spa and are considering anywhere else to shop I would say STOP. Head over to Sunset Spas in GLENDALE and talk to Mark!

Have to say, we purchased our spa from Mark at the Glendale store, and the experience was the best! Not only did they have a large selection, he helped us pick out the perfect one for us and the whole experience could not have been better. I highly recommend anyone looking for a spa to stop by and talk to him.

After visiting two other Spa stores, we stopped at Sunset Spas in Glendale. Mark greeted us promptly and showed us the many Spas they have on display. Mark is very knowledgeable and it was an easy, no bull transaction. Mark kept us up-to-date on our Spa delivery even during the slow production times due to Covid. We shopped a couple different stores, learning about, and looking for a hot tub. The shopping stopped here... Randy at the Sunset Spas Glendale location was the best sales person we met. He offered invaluable information on how to select the best spa for us. His expert knowledge about every aspect of maintaining and using the hot tub made us comfortable knowing we were making the right decision. Even after purchase, he continues to answer our questions and offer guidance on how to care for our spa. I would highly recommend this company and Randy if youre in the market for a spa!

Love this place we looked at several places but these folks were able to answer our questions and we bought or hot tub on 6/3/2020. they were so busy we were told 14 to 16 weeks for delivery. our beautiful hot tub was delivered and set up on 8/28. the delivery crew was well prepared and got our spa up and running pretty quickly. now we are just waiting for it to warm up then its hot tub time.

Awesome service from Randy and Mark! They both are amazing and make sure that they go out of their way to assure their customers are always happy. Each time I’ve ever had any problems, concerns or even just simple questions they are always willing and ready to help!

Randy at Sunset Spas was extra helpful to us. Not only did he provide information we wouldnt even have thought to ask about, he spent the time to walk us through options, pointing out both the pros and cons of every part of our purchase. Then, he spent time assisting our adult son with special needs understand the maintenance of the spa and its importance. This is the place to go, folks: great sales staff, great spas, great pricing, and great pride in their work!

My husband and I were in the market for a hot tub and didnt have a clue about what to look for. We went into Sunset Spas and were greeted by Randy. We liked Randy due to his professionalism and knowledge. We explained what we needed and he directed us to the perfect spa. Before making our final decision, we got in and out of numerous spas for fit. Sure enough, the one Randy suggested was the one! Not too big, not too small. Everything we needed. Throughout the process, Randy was very communicative and never too pushy! Every sales person should learn from him!

We came to Sunset Spas in Glendale looking to purchase our 5th spa (we have left previous spas with the sale of the home). When we entered the store we were greeted by Mark and explained to him what we were looking for and options that were important to us. Upon listening to us Mark explained to us the spas they carry and the benefits, he was not providing a sales pitch but rather providing data to help us understand what Vita Spas offer. What impressed us most is that both Mark and Randy were more concerned about how we would use the spa and what model would work best for us versus trying to sell us the most expensive model on the floor. After two visits and really good conversations with them we decided on the Vita Spa Jolie model. Fast forward a few weeks later and from purchase to deliver and install we could not be more happier with our decision as the spa is exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend Sunset Spas, as a long time owner of a spa and working with spa dealers Mark and Randy were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with the process.

Randy is awesome to work with. We purchased a home in Anthem that had a Vita spa, it was purchased in 2015. I am new to spa ownership and was looking for help to learn the ins and outs of this particular spa. Randy, knowing I was not looking to purchase a spa took plenty of time with us to walk us through the specifics of our spa. My husband met Randy at the home show at State Farm stadium, he went there to look around and ended up buying a hot-tub. He told me that he was so impressed with Randy’s patience in taking the time to answer every question that he knew this was the guy he wanted to work with. When I got back into town we went to meet Randy to confirm the sale and I could see why my husband liked him so much. Randy was so educated with the system and answered all our questions. After the install he suggested we come in for an orientation so we could learn everything we needed to know about our new hot-tub. He spent 2 hours going over everything from maintenance, care, chemicals, and just basic knowledge of our hot-tub. I have never been more impressed with a sales person, Randy is amazing!! I bought a spa at Sunset Spas 5 years ago and I have been a spa owner for more than a decade. I can say that Randy is absolutely the BEST! Great company; highly recommend the Glendale store. Randy is helpful to the point of ridiculousness in todays world! Sunset Spas is a great place, I went in to check on having my hot tub repaired. They didnt work on my brand of tub, but gave me the name and number of the warehouse that carried parts for my tub and a list of repair men that worked on my brand of tub. He took the time to explain the process and also what chemicals I should be using to prolong the life of the tub. He didnt try to sell me anything, its rare to find a business that time with someone that isnt even a customer. I will be in the future.Very honest.

Purchased a spa from Sunset Spas a year ago at the home and garden show. That experience and every experience since has been phenomenal. Randy is professional and knowledgable. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Dave, who asked me what I was looking for. After I looked at all of the numerous spas that they had in their showroom, I decided on one. I talked more with Dave, and he talked me into upgrading to a different spa for a few more dollars and ALOT more features, and Im so glad that I did! After my spa was delivered and set up, I was in heaven! Fast forward to today. I was checking my spa and noticed that the valve for the waterfall was not working. I called the store, and explained my problem, and to my surprise, they said come on down and well have a new valve waiting for you. BOTTOM LINE: If you want the best bang for your buck and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, go see the guys at Sunset Spas on Bell rd!!! You will not be sorry!

Maxx Spas are the absolute best. Had your spa for 3 years now and love it. Dave was great at the store in Glendale. Would highly recommend a Maxx Spa to anyone looking for appliance grade quality, features and comfort. We looked at all the major spa brands and no one could compare to Sunset Spas- Maxx Spa.
