Do not shop here during the COVID-19 pandemic. It is unsafe as the business does NOT adhere to the CDC guidelines of social distancing and wearing face masks.Incredibly rude owner who shut the doors to me (an hour and a half before close) because I said I wasn’t comfortable shopping in the store when people were inside not wearing masks. I stood outside and waited for the customers to leave and when I walked over he said “I’m closed now you can come tomorrow”, and mocked me by leaping backwards insinuating that I’m infected.It would be better to buy from Home Depot now, because at least they ensure the safety of their customers.

The first time we went in they sold us a ballast converter box that didnt work as soon as I got home. I didnt complain then. Months later the replacement quits working on the next harvest two weeks into flowering. We thought it was a light bulb issue.So they took our old one (that was still good mind you) and sold us a 1000 watt for like 70 bucks. So here we are spending spending spending and it was the replacement ballast. Now they say they wont help..basically too bad its on me. I was going to upgrade our room to double the size and was planning to keep buying all my supplies and I could see me even a new converter on payday if they helped us out. Basically told us too bad. But now we will take our many years of future service elsewhere. You made extra money off selling us another bulb we didnt really need. Kept old one. And really didnt seem to care if we lose our harvest. Why would I come back at all???? We will be growing for the rest of our lives.
