Lovely Atmosphere. Huge Stall. Bug Ice Bream. :/

No sitting area for paying customers. The manager or whoever she was happily sat down, no mask and appeared to be a customer.  When approached she coldly,  bluntly stated that the area was closed.  It wasnt until she made eye contact that her tone changed. If shes a manager shes setting a terrible example of customer service. And terrible communication. If the area is closed nobody should use it. Not a customer or an employee. And especially an employee without a mask. There are two tables, and three employees. There should be enough time and staff to sanitize the area. There was no line compared to Dairy queen that had ten people in line where as Haagen Dazs had none. Get better signage to clearly state when an area is closed. Be better about training staff to communicate properly.

It shouldn’t be such a big deal for a free scoop for a birthday. I actually waited for it but I actually didn’t get it.
