Fresh and delicious raspados topped with real fruit and lechera 🤤the girls who work at this location are very patient and hardworking. I will try and visit this location more often plus so much more room than the OG one on the South Side. Definitely worth a try!🤗

Yes the food here is good. But the customer service? Terrible. Several times I’ve gone 20-15 mins before closing time, and the place is already closed. Door locked and workers wording to us “we’re closed”. Other times the girls there always have a stank face. Like if they’re doing you the favor. But that’s ok. That one time I gladly when around to the other side of the building to La Michoacána, where they were more pleasant and they stay OPEN 20-15 mins before their closing hours. Took those 3 incidents to lose me as a customer of many years.

I just visit this location today and I am very disappointed. I been a customer for many years and today I wanted to purchase a cup of fruit of mango and strawberries for my son that can’t eat ice or ice cream and an employee said they can’t sell just fruit in cup when I bought before in the past many times.

I’ve been here a couple times and it’s always been great and that’s why i’m giving it two stars but today was different. The girls working there sunday evening were very unprofessional, messing around and not really paying attention to customers. One of them was more preoccupied with signing and changing the music rather than attending! I was waiting for about five minutes before someone came out and attended me while i could hear them goofing around in the back. The place was also a complete mess, counters were dirty filled with chamoy and sticky, including the counter where they make your orders which is pretty disgusting. and so were the tables where we could sit. I also ordered a raspado and it barley had any ice and the worker gave me lechera without even asking me if i wanted some (which i didn’t) and she charged me for it when she barley put any at all!! i swear it was like a drop of lechera. such a rip off. The girls that were working i have never seen before, every time i come here there was two other girls who were amazing and treated me and my family so good and they maintained the place clean unlike today. I wonder why they weren’t there this time because they were part of the reason i would come. I don’t think i’ll be coming back anytime soon.

I was here last weekend. Ordered some nachos and elote en Vaso. We made the mistake of not trying it out until we were home, the chips in the nachos were so stale and tasted horrible, but not as bad as the elote. The elote was so nasty, super sour and drowning in mayonnaise, with times like this customer retention is crucial. Oasis you’re failing miserably if that’s how you do business, serving items that taste that bad. Also extremely slow service, of the 2 employees that were there the boy was much more personable. His female copart came off really rude.

9 out of 10 times the raspados are amazing. Unfortunately once in a while you get one that tastes watered down.

I really like this place but just went there recently and server wasnt wearing a mask ..im not ready to have someone serve me without precautions in place yet.. i will be back once things settle down then

This place is nasty. I’m sorry. I’m never the one to question it or say anything bad about a business. But this is the second time I’ve gone. The first time was not that bad. But the second time we ordered Fresas con Crema and I asked if the granola came with Raisins and the lady said “No” which I was like okay. I’m allergic to raisins. Then my cup of strawberries were bad they tasted rotten! I didn’t finish or even eat it. We couldn’t go back cause we were the last customers before they closed. I work in a business like this. So Im never going back after this. But they don’t care on that. But they should really be inform of Allergy products and maybe start putting fresh product out!

I got here at 9pm and their closed sign was already up and mopping their floors and stuff all put away when google states they close at 9:30pm. If their business hours have changed they should state that online as well. I was recommended this place and I drove a long way to just being shown they’re closed, seriously disappointed. UPDATE YOUR HOURS.

Raspados and antojitos are tasty most of the time customer service is not always the best.

I wouldn’t recommend going to this location horrible staff. One of the workers didn’t take my order right and then she made me pay for something I didn’t want but since she had already made it I had to buy it or else I would’nt be able to purchase anything else, when I walked out the building after to call her boss she gave me a wrong number and i went back and found her talking about me while the place was full of people waiting on her to take their orders. Wouldn’t visit this place again after this insident and being forced to buy something i did not ask for just because she didn’t know how to take an order right.

The raspados are always delicious but the service is really poor seems to because nothing but teenagers working and no manager to straighten them out plus who runs out of vanilla ice cream being a ice cream shop

I really enjoyed this place, very friendly employees.

So I went in this morning and got me a respado and a worker named Jessica approached me in a respectful manner because she seen that I was not ok ...she is a very respectful kind loving worker I see that she works hard and over achieves everything she does ..who ever she is she must be promoted or given a raise she is a very hard worker

My husband and I, stopped in and gotI got a small strawberry chamayda w/o peanuts, and my husband got a jumbo leche raspado with ice cream. It really hit the spot.....😛

Very delicious place but its pretty annoying that you dont update your hours on google. Its a Sunday evening me being pregnant I drive 30 minutes to get to your place because google says you close at 9:30. I get to your place on 67th and Camelback and your business closes at 8:30!!

Worst place ever. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone! First off from the moment I walked into the place the girl with the braces was rolling her eyes, and this other guy ran to turn the open sign around to closed I looked at my phone and it was only 9 the hours online said 9:30. The girl ended up giving me two half assed mango locos I swear I could have made in my house, and when it came to paying she didnt even bother to ask me if I wanted my receipt she just handed me my card and walked away and started talking to her the other workers.

Vanilla shaved ice cream looked & tasted like chocolate milk. Very poor customer service.
