I had been looking for a Jaguar F-Type V8 awd for a few weeks. After I settled on a vehicle in Illinois, I thought I found my car. Turns out they sold it out from under me. So I was back to looking. I called Arrowhead Jaguar and was transferred to Naomi. She informed me the vehicle was ready and we scheduled an appointment. I arrived a few minutes after I was supposed to, was greeted by Naomi, and a salesman named Luke. Oh after a quick test drive we sat down to talk about the price. I was comparing it to another vehicle in California. I have decided I was either purchasing the one that I came to look at or I was flying out to buy the one in California.After they collected some personal information a man I later found out was their general manager named Jason sat down with me and started talking after we discussed the cars and pricing and warranty options they made a deal for me. They got me a better interest-rate than my bank, the process was fast smooth and actually enjoyable. The next morning after I took my car home. I received a follow up call just to make sure I was happy and everything was good.I love my car, and would not hesitate to send anyone looking for a luxury or high end preowned vehicle To the team over at arrowhead jaguar. With vehicle sales, its always a gamble. You never know how good your salesperson will be. Then you have to deal with management to get a fair deal. Then theres the finance folks, thats another talk show. Being a veteran car buyer and enthusiast, I was pleasantly surprised at the candor, integrity and over all decency shown by this dealership. I called about the vehicle I was interested in and they had it clean and ready prior to my arrival. (You would be surprised how many new car dealers dont even wash them). We had a great test drive with a knowledgeable salesperson: Rob Drayton. He did not claim to know everything but definitely knew more than me about the English products. We were impressed. We liked the vehicle but had another engagement we had to get to. Dealing with management was so easy. They were accommodating and understanding of our situation. They fairly discounted their car to a more than fair price without gouging and they were fair with my trade. It gets better. They then got us quickly through finance with Julio Molina. Julio Molina is the real deal. He knows his products and doesnt try selling snake oils lol. He was honest and upfront with the whole process. If you need him, he calls you back same day if hes working. These kind of people at the arrowhead group are restoring faith in the automotive industry. You will not be disappointed if you give them a try.

I highly appreciated the service from all 3, Ebony, Taylor, and Steve. Ebony was the one who initially got me in to the dealership, but when I arrived Taylor took over the deal, It was a high quality 5 star visit/service, made me feel very comfortable and confident, very patient and polite, very detailed about information given to me about deals and car quality. Steve was a very nice guy and a big help to the deal and he had a very nice shiny BALD HEAD!!I want to thank them all for three for great service and help.

I had gone to JLR of North Scottsdale and did not get the warm welcome that I received at JLR of Arrowhead. Shoutout to Josh Riley, who kept me updated on my vehicle, made sure the delivery of my vehicle was perfect. Josh entertained my ridiculousness when I tried to settle for a V6 Full Size Range Rover. He was not forceful in making me like the V6. In the end I decided to get the V8 Full Size, which really is the only choice. Everyone at JLR of Arrowhead is truly outstanding. From Josh (Salesman), Damon (Finance), Naomie (Sales Manager) and Jason (General Manager). I will certainly purchase the 2023 when it arrives from JLR of Arrowhead.

Very poor customer service from the service department. The attempted to service our 2019 F-Pace for nearly one week. I had to repeatedly call in order to get updates - very often did not receive a return call from either the service manager (Bill Peters) or the Center Manager (Jason Bowar). We will not be returning to Arrowhead JLR for service or any future vehicle purchases. Strongly do not recommend!UPDATE TO JLR ARROWHEAD ON 9/9/2021 - While I appreciate the additional information related to the inadequate headlights that were originally installed in our 2019 F-Pace by Jaguar - or perhaps better described by your service manager (Bill Peters) - our embarrassing headlights.. You missed the point of my review - which was centered around the fact that the communication from your service department was very poor - i had to repeatedly call for updates and to get information - my messages were not returned in a timely manner or in most cases, not returned at all. In fact, i am still awaiting a return call from Jason Bowar. Perhaps you should wonder why I was involved at all in this service call - since my wife was the one that brought the vehicle in (for a second time with the same issue) in the first place. She brought the F-Pace in and due to the condescending approach that Cody in service used with her, I intervened to try to get some satisfactory answers and more timely responses. Sadly, your team let me down as well. Businesses usually take this type of valuable feedback and learn from it and work to improve their processes - rather than defend their actions. I am sorry that you chose to defend rather than learn from this very poor customer service encounter - perhaps proving that you are right is more important than being better for future customers. Speaking of future customers - we (nor any of our friends/family circle) will most certainly certainly not be one.

Very poor customer service. Went to look at test driving a red F-Type. A girl in a coral shirt and a boy came out to greet us at the car. Told her we were wanting a coupe but were still wanting to test drive this one. They just awkwardly stood there until I asked them if we could test drive and she said “ Well unfortunately we don’t have the car you’re looking for.” Completely awe struck. Then proceeded to say “Well if you need anything else let us know.” And just walked away. Didn’t give us a business card or let us know their names. It seemed like the girl was training the boy, but I don’t believe that to be wise since she definitely needs more experience in sales herself seeing as she didn’t even try to sell us the car we were wanting to test drive. We’re cash buyers and she might have made an easy sale with us. I would stick with Jaguar of North Scottsdale or in Chandler. STAY AWAY.

Went to Jaguar Arrowhead today for service work. Fantastic Experience. Jason helped my wife and I out. Very kind and professional. The kind of dealership that others should strive to be like. I look forward to my next visit to Jaguar Arrowhead to purchase a new vehicle.
