Bad experience here the lady there asked about coupons when I was going to pay for beer and I asked her about the coupons then accused me of being drunk so I assumed that the coupon was for the beer thats when she accused me of being drunk. One of the best liquor stores in Glendale, CA. I always get a great amount of help and advices when I a, trying to get special liquors either for me or for gifting purposes. However, I have heard some customer service complaints here and there from friends and relatives, but personally never had an issue so far.

The most important thing that I want to say: NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! Today, on the New Years Eve me and my husband came into this store to buy come cognac. With the help of one of the workers we found what we were looking for and came to the cashiers to pay. There was one Latino lady, with the tattoo on her right hand ( this is just a detailed description for you not to be served by her). So, I have given her $100.00 and the cognac costed around $27.00. And she said: No I got $50.00 and even has taken it out of the cash-machine and showed it to me. I was shocked by her manners, the way she was talking to the customer and with her idiotic smile, which was stating about no brain at all. Then one Armenian guy, I believe he was a manager over there, said that he would check cameras. in a while he paged her that it was one hundred, and she was like: oh, ok....and then she treated me and my husband like she was doing us a favor and when we stated that her word of sorry would be appreciated, she just looked into my eyes and smiled with the same stupid smile. So, I understood that it was exactly my mistake, and somebody being in my shoes would just call the police and would prove that he was cheated.......Such a disgusting feeling just before the New Year. I really wish this fat Latino lady to treat all her customer with the same kindness and really hope that someone would be smarter than me.
