Called this place up for some help with a couple of hobbyist projects I wanted done. They told me to come in with plans and model to discuss feasibility and pricing. The guy I met at the shop was not the guy I spoke with on the phone and seemed confused the entire time and told me he was too busy. The first guy called me later to stay that they couldnt/wouldnt do one of the projects (making a set of 4 wheels) and had done the second project (cutting a face on a brass cover plate) without telling me the price first. I went in to pick up my stuff the next day. The facing cut was poorly done and they charged $40 dollars, cash only. Waste of my time and money. Total hassle and not left with a ugly part. Not happy.
