Working with Clayton home Glendale was wonderful. I first met Amber November 2018. I came in with my sister, and two daughters. She was very bubbly and sweet. Then I went back in April with my husband. She then answered all his questions and walked us through how it all worked. It wasn’t till November 2019 that I went back in with our deposit to start the process. She was there all the way through. We got the very house I wanted and prayed for. She went above and beyond to help us get this house. We finally moved in the last week of June 2020. Do not purchase from clayton homes mesa our house was what they called finished in May 2018 my ac was over charged and kept tripping breaker and making lights flicker threw whole house took them a month to get it fixed. they did a very sloppy job there is paint all over counter tops and light fixtures I have broken cabinets none of the baseboards were painted or caulked there is fingerprints threw out the texture on the walls my out side paint was very scratched and spotty from not doing 2 coats of paint so the came and painted with the wrong color all over the out side this was all in may we still havent had them out to fix it and after first rain storm roof leaks and our floor creeks every where from it settling they did not compact or even use water for the pad I have pictures of the whole process I told Mike Lavoie our sales rep of these issues he told me he was sorry there contractors are not the best they took 3 months to set the house up kept lying saying they were waiting on permits, permits were signed and in the front window they were lying to me about everything then at the end of the process they supposedly lost our sales agreement and forgot to charge me for my septic tank and were gonna try to double charge me then we were told we did not need a title for our existing trailer that it was to old to do anything with then at the end try and threaten us with a bill for the trailer when it was in the original sale agreement they were charging us $1000 to remove. This company should not be in business they take advantage of you big time and are liars do not trust clayton homes of mesa I will be uploading pictures to there facebook page. We purchased a brand new home to be installed properly and not stress about everything being done improperly and the issues we are dealing with. This is very disappointing

Maureen is amazing she has helped me every step of the way to get my home to its absolute best. If I have a problem with my home and I call her she sends someone out the very next day. They are so fast. The crew that comes out is very professional and gets the work done correctly. She definitely knows what shes doing and wants to make me happy with a home that is perfect.Every time I call for any issue all of the ladies in the office make me feel like Im the only customer they have. And I know they have way more than me but I always feel like Im the most important person to them and that makes me feel great !!Lane and Amber are amazing they jumped through hoops and bent over backwards to make sure that I got into my perfect home. And I never felt like they were just selling me a house. I immediately felt like family to them. We recently purchased a home with Clayton & our experience was fantastic. Connie was our consultant and let me tell you... She does her job VERY well. We were able to get exactly what we wanted, none of our questions ever went unanswered or unexplained & you know what the best thing was? The quick and confident information consistently throughout the entire process. The process takes time & with that you could easily feel left in the dark, but we never felt that way! Connie & Val checked in with us promptly & were a wealth of information. By the end of this we felt like we had friends. Great experience, highly recommend.

The ladies that run this Clayton homes (Lane and our shine consultant Connie) are always spot on with communication, attentive to details, and super friendly. We have young children and they never make us feel awkward when we have to bring them in and they truly make us feel that we are a part of the family. The first day we walk in and talk to lane we notice how this business treats customers we were welcome and talk to as if we were family lane gives us a fews options and great information regarding their homes and types of loans, from there Connie took over the loan process and once again gives us plenty of information and gives us a step by step process on loan mortgages. After our first visit and after we selected our land and house plan their communication has been excellent, every time we had a question Connie Ruiz was there for us very promptly and never miss one phone call from us. Every visit we did Connie Ruiz and the office personnel greet us with a smile and always willing to help. Once our purchase process started Connie once again was able to explain and help understanding the paperwork process very well. I’m a 29 years Air Force veteran we believe on communication and treating people for who they are, and with respect. I will give Maureen 5 stars, I have had numerous things come up with the home and she has been very helpful with all of them. She has been great at communicating various things to me and keeping me abreast of the ongoing situations. She has done a great job coordinating people to come out to fix the various issues that keep arising with my busy schedule.After more than 3 months I still do not have a working fireplace but she has been keeping me updated. I am grateful for this.Lane has done a very good job about getting me reimbursed for all the things I had to pay for upfront. Also for making sure that others are not told they can have options that are unattainable or not included in a manufactured home. ie... solar, gas hookup, phone and cable in the home. Hopefully this will make other buyers experience much better than mine.I’m extremely disappointed about all the issues with the home from the factory. The office team should not have had to make up for the numerous things that came from the factory or gotten the weight of those issues put upon them.I bought a new home from Clayton so I could move in without any issues but, instead I have had water damage from not installing the water lines correctly, wrong parts to the fireplace, flooring issues. The factory and those at corporate I would give a 1 only because there is not a 0 option. The Corporate office has not responded to me at all. They put everything back onto Lane.If it was not for the effort Maureen and Lane have put forth, Clayton Homes would be dealing with attorneys, not me.I would not wish this experience on anyone buying a NEW home.
