The food was good. But the real reason I wanted to comment was I came in and the there was only one worker in the front. (I came in on tuesday morning) She was friendly as well as fast. Ive seen her here there before she has glasses I wanted to say she does an amazing job!!!

Did you change the breadsticks they used to be hot and soft??? Now most times I get they they are cold and hard. Pizza I have not issues.

Dude with a pizza tattoo on his hand seemed like he was having a rough day. He had a sour attitude and was downright rude. Im not one to let poor service bother me, but my experience today turned me off from returning here in the future. Someone should check on pizza tattoo hand guy. I hope he has a better day tomorrow.

Nov. 11 around 12:30, stopped by to see that both employees working the front were not wearing masks. One had the mask off completely and the other had it on his chin (not over mouth or nose). I would hope that these employees care for the health and safety of customers during a pandemic. If there’s underlying health conditions of these employees that make wearing a mask difficult, I apologize. Just wanted to bring this to someone’s attention, as I will definitely not be stopping by anytime soon if I see that the store employees are not wearing masks while serving food.

A near-mandatory stop anytime we:re passing through eau claire. Ordered via mobile 30 minutes out and it was ready upon arrival if not sooner. Always great to taste this weird pizza one more time — we miss you in Minneapolis Rocky!

Interacted with 2 separate employees and both were very rude- the woman that took my order wouldn’t even let me finish telling her my order without interrupting and speaking over me. Not to mention one employee was wearing her mask on her chin.

Fast in and out. excellent pizza great prices. The Gentleman who took our order was hands down the best employee ive ever seen, super friendly and helped me choose what to order, really added value to the face of Rocky Rococo Pizza. I will be back. Thanks!

Was waiting in mall for a movie. Had time to kill and we are hungry. So we stopped and got to Super slices. Kinda disappointed did not taste like it did 20 years ago. Very little cheese on slices. The staff seamed they wanted to be any where but there. Kinda seemed we annoyed them ordering food. Pizza must had been sitting under headlamp for a while kind of dry. I would like to try a different location in future. Always like there pizza in the past.

This is my first time reviewing, so hopefully I hit the mark. Ive ordered from here through Doordash several times, but this time was just awful. Theres never been a time I couldnt finish noodles, so this is a first (I like ordering the spaghetti without sauce). Arrived caked with sauce. No big deal, Ill just scoop it off. The sauce had this really gross texture I cant describe, but I know its not normal. The noodles were extremely watery and bland (it was like water noodle soup), even the meatballs couldnt save it. Im sorry, but I wont be ordering again.

Service was good, however the spaghetti there is horrible. I did not think it was possible to ruin spaghetti, but congrats you did. lol

Service was terrible. Five employees standing around doing nothing and no one could tell us our order was ready, sitting in the kitchen. Need some training in what service is.

Best pizza in town.. only bad part you have to go to the mall. Well worth it for me to do that for the BEST PIZZA IN TOWN!

Ordered a large pizza for our family, took over 45 minutes to get our food, and the baby was crabby and wanted to go by the time we got it. The food was good when we finally got it, but not worth the wait.

Love the pizza - disappointed in service. Ordered a pizza to go and quickly found a coupon for a double pizza offer. Was told that since my order was being processed(credit card slid), I wasnt allowed to use the double coupon. Really????? Per manager I was too late......3 seconds too late?

Excellent friendly staff here for years. Our whole family misses having a Rockys sit down diner in EC though. Take out here is all that is left in Eau Claire for Rockys, glad its a real good place to get take out and super tasty pizzas!

Been going here since a child. Best pizza in eau Claire.

Sausage is the best. Crust is fully edible. Sauce is tangy and fresh tasting. There is no pizza that is tastier than Rockys. End of discussion.

I dont go here often. I wish they delivered, i do love their food but its a turn off that they are in the mall...

Our food was good but this girl named Sophia gave us terrible service. She had an attitude and even walked away when I asked questions about a pasta for my daughter, the manager, Jeremy finished our transaction. They didnt give us one of our sices of pizza so we went back up after a few minutes and Sophia shook her head at us and just gave us terrible attitude. We wont go back if shes working.

Love their sausage pizza especially the stuffed crust breadsticks are awesome definitely on the oily side like Fazolis but I love them with some marinara or cheese much better than the blah ones you get at Olive Garden. Best pizza value is to buy a whole pie
