Blew a tire on a U-Haul Auto Transport on our way to Oregon. Gave them a call and they were the absolute best in helping us deal with U-Haul road side assistance and getting us set up as quickly as possible. Highly recommend their service!

Robins mechanic shop is a total joke!! Paul is a no sooner a mechanic than and kindergartener!!! 3 weeks he had my car he says its fixed and it didnt make it 2 miles before totally dead in the water..... cost me 300$$ 270 for labor! Ha!! What a joke ! And 17$ for parts!! Hes so not worth 10$ an hour much less what he charges!!. Never ever again!! Im a spread the bad word!.

Stopped after I threw a code driving cross country. Asked them to run their scan tool to see what was going on.Nice people, got me in immediately.They told me it was because of bad fuel. I believed them even though they didnt run a scan. Had they done that, they would have found a fault in my cooling system, causing me major issues that could have been resolved there. (After a week I finally bought a scan tool)Not only did I tip them for the info provided, I tipped way too well.Check everything you do with this shop.

They are very helpful, we were moving from New York and our truck broke down on the highway. They towed us back, helped us get a u-haul so we could get our stuff to our new home in Montana. They worked with us throughout the entire situation and we are very pleased with the service we received. We are having them do more work right now actually. Great place, great people, great service!

I usually take my car here as I can get in quickly and they are good and very helpful. I also send people here when Im at work if they need anything. If you cant afford the dealership price and still want good service go to Robins.

Great service and amazingly quick

Pulling Travel Trailer that was overheating, no help from state park or local supermarket. Called police for safe place to park overnight. They told me to go to Robins Service. Soon as I called And explained my situation, they offered help even to parking my trailer overnight . I highly recommend Robins Service . They are good people, especially Bob

Leaving Montana after a two-month vacation was hard enough but when I broke down on the side of the road and need a good service Robins was there. As soon as I pulled in he asked me what was wrong with the car and I explained he took it for a test drive put a fuel filter on and I was out in a jiffy. Being on the road traveling a long way home I can really appreciate the fast service thanks again

Went in for service very nice people but when it comes to billing not so much !!! The didn’t have the parts and couldn’t for a few day I went a hour away to get them so a total of 2 hours drive time !! There labor rate is 85 if Robbins gets the parts or 112 if you provide the parts !!! So they charged me the 112 a hour to do my work when I provided the parts ...

Their prices are fair & reasonable and their service technicians are very knowledgeable and efficient. A very hardworking team!

Best guys! Only place in area was open on Saturday at 5.30 pm . Fix our tire and air hoses. In 2 hours we were rolling forward ! Thanks !

Told me that my engine light being on was due to catalytic converter was bad, wanted to charge me $1500 in reality it was just due to gas cap not being tight. Do not go to them theyll over charge for an issue that isnt even wrong with the car.

Broke down outside of glendive on a roadtrip and had to be towed. He helped fix our car even though it was after hours on a Saturday. We would have been stuck until monday if it wasnt for his help! SO MUCH APPRECIATED!

Last year working in sidney I had a fuel pump replaced costed $800 and took 5 days,thit year needed and repair and was towed to Robbins, they diagnosed the issue after hours let me crash in my van in the lot for the night and had my part and I was on the road by noon the next day for $230, very pleased

Just wanted to let everyone know watch your wallet at this place, i had my truck towed and was told it would be 70 dollars i came in the follwing day to be charged nearly double that. I definatly walked away feeling ripped off.

Only place open to change a tire on a Saturday..

For a place thats contracted with Jefferson lines they sure have a way of showing courtesy and costumer service on a Sunday.
