Worst place to diagnose a problem. Had vehicle towed. several days later they said nothing was wrong with it. Drove 7 hrs to pick it up broke down 30 minutes down the road. Would not refund diagnoses fee. Someone tried to steal my trailer brake there. FIND ANOTHER PLACE
Best experience I’ve ever had at a shop or dealership. My transmission happened to overheat as I was passing through on my way to Missoula. They were able to diagnose & fix my issue in a timely manner without charging an arm and a leg.
Very unhappy customer, will not patronize this business again, only death with sales department, was not told the truth on vehicle purchase or on the paper work, this business will not return phone calls when they make a mistake
Customer service does not mean yelling at the customer when you don’t know the answer to something in an effort to make sure they know that you don’t know. I drive a brand-new camper van on a RAM chassis and the RAM brand radio/navigation quit working. I called to make an appointment to get it looked at and the guy was noticeably angry with me because he didn’t know if it was under RAM warranty or the camper van company. It’s a RAM radio, it’s under RAM warranty (according to the Idaho Falls RAM dealership I stopped in at momentarily to check the issue). Either way, let’s figure it out without getting upset, can we? I came in an 8 AM (on-time) to drop it off and no one was there yet, when someone did arrive, they immediately helped the walk-in that came in after me, without acknowledging my presence, and disappeared. I already didnt want to be there after the phone episode, so I left and have no plans to go back.
Receptionist was rude. Stood there for about 5 minutes before she even acknowledged me. Took a phone call while I was still waiting to ask a simple question, was rude to the person on the phone. Maybe other people have had better luck with them but we sure didnt. Still didnt even get an answer to the question we even had.
Thought I was working a deal with a guy named Gavin over a add I seen on the internet. They called me and asked for my social photos of my trade. Then texted me an sold the truck a day later. Pretty glad I didnt give them my social over the phone. But also disappointed they sold the truck from under me. Would not recommend working with this company at all.
Everyone is always so friendly and helpful! When service is needed it is done promptly, thoroughly and with a smile. Also ~a few months back I needed a clear title for a vehicle in an Estate. Due to the vehicle being financed - and the finance company changing owners several times - it was a challenge to research and find the responsible party to complete the process. Countless phone calls and hours of researching were done to follow the trail of the finance company buyouts to resolve the issue. The staff truly went above and beyond all expectations. My family and I have done business with HKT for years and have always had great results with every vehicle bought and/or serviced there!

We took our truck there to be plugged in to figure out why our seat belt light was sounding off again after it was in shop twice first time was recall second was diagnose problem and charged us for more items this time they taped a wire and zip tied it to seat and once again it was just to be diagnosed and they did work
I was relieved when HTK told me I didnt need to replace the ball bearings in my muffler. All kidding aside, HTK does great work. Excellent customer service. They get it done right and fast.
