I scheduled a collision repair here, based on my husbands recommendation. I was in my first accident today, after 16 years of driving, it was a traumatic day. After arriving at Service King, a manager came out and told us he left a message for my husband (15 mins before our appt, we were already on the way) that Service King was declining to provide us service. When my husband asked for more info why, the man declined to say. He didnt even speak to me, the person getting the service. I have no idea why I was denied service here.

Gerry was awesome! They constantly send you updates on the percentage of your vehicles readiness. It also was ready exactly when they originally said it would be. The work was excellent! My son had his car in here the week before I did and they did a great job also. I would recommend this shop as one of the best in the area.

FANTASTIC! FANTASTIC!!! Everyone here is so helpful! I dealt with Danny and Mike. They were great!!! Danny called me daily to give me updates on my car! I definitely found my new mechanics! So trust worthy too.... I never once got that vibe that they were taking advantage and telling me my car needed things that it didnt.

Unfortunately Ive been rear ended twice this year alone and my insurance recommended Service King. The first time the damage wasnt too bad but the second time it was awful. They have always been so kind and informative whenever I had a question. I came out with a car looking brand new both times, their service and quality work is beyond amazing. Definitely recommend.

Staff here is amazing and took such good care of what I needed after my crash. They even went totally out of their way just to help me get a CD out of a dead radio. Love these guys!

I had my car brought to this location with my doors only being pushed in from the passenger side. My car was only supposed to be given an estimate, they had kept my car for about a month giving me no details on my car. They wanted to total my car, so I said no thank you I would take my business elsewhere. They were kind enough to tow my car to the location I preferred to fix, because I had no idea they had took my car apart with none of my permission. Now service king is saying that the parts were missing prior to them receiving my car and is telling my insurance they dont know anything. I had to pay out of my pocket to pay for all of the missing parts.

Jerry and the front desk lady are very kind! They were so patient with me and my vehicle was ready a week before the estimated date. I had mentioned to Jerry that my vehicle had a scratch and asked for advice on fixing it and he fixed it right on the spot for free!!!! Thank you Service king for your helpfulness and kindness!

This place actually restored the damage good as new. The tail light was out when I got the car back but, I just brought it by and someone checked it, happened to be a loose bulb and they secured it. Good deal.

The best place to get your car fix they work very fast and always original parts Jerry was the person helping me always explain with detail every step of the repair work. For sure I would come back here if I need another fix in my car

They may be appreciated by many people for their repair work, but I had very bad experience with their customer service. I waited over 10 minutes on phone line in order to talk to a representative, which turned out to be the impatient one instead, when I asked about the procedures of damage estimation and repair. I just wanted to know if theres any chance the repair could be done before my trip. The guy said he didnt know, but asked me do you want to leave you vehicle, yes or no?, do you want to make an appointment, yes or no?.....I didnt know if I was talking to a receptionist or being questioned in the court. I had my insurance company change me to a different location for my repair.

Ridiculously expensive, they quoted me 4200$ to repaint the 5 front panels of my car. I had it done in 1300$ dollars. Not only paint job but also included the dent repair.
