My overall experience was top notch and Im incredibly happy that I found and went here.When I first called and spoke with Dave he was extremely helpful over the phone and gave me a quote exactly for what I was needing which was insanely more reasonable than what any dealer was quoting.After dropping my vehicle off Dave called me a few hours later informing me of an oil leak as well which Im very glad he noticed since it could have gotten much worse quickly. Dealer didnt even mention this issue in a very recent visit to them so Im happy with the attention to detail by Dave an his team.All in all it took a little longer than expected but the results were professional and affordable which Im happy about! I for sure will be utilizing their services for any non warranty work going forward and recommend anyone do the same if in the area.

This Automotive shop goes above and beyond to make their customers happy, when I moved back from AR, I needed help getting back on the road, short on time. And even though my VW wasnt as expensive as the cars they work on, they made me feel like I made a good decision buying German. The main manager, and his 2 chief techs are professional as anyone you would expect at any dealership.

It was almost 8pm which is when they close and I had a screw in my tire. The owner was generous enough to take my request to repair my tire with a no problem attitude. What a lifesaver! Not only that he took the time to ensure all tires were at the proper pressure. Kudos good sir!

I had put off a repair that would allow me to lock my driver side door because the dealer quoted an inflated price point. Sound familiar? I drove by this facility once before and had made a mental note to come by and check it out some time. Well, today was that day.You know that feeling you get when you sell your first baby aka car?...that separation anxiety? I took my Daughters car (VW Rabbit 07) here and Dave the owner took time to looked at the car he was very Honest and caring and told use that we needed to do to address the issues. Dave went above and beyond to help my daughter that is 39 weeks pregnant and did not charge her a Dime . He is Truly a Honest GEM that was a blessing to my daughter. Thank you Dave.

Dave and Alex are very professional, honest and reliable, and I had a great experience with my first Audi Q5 repair with them. I will continue to go to them for future service.My car had some issues due to rats getting in through the wheels and damaging some wires. Dealer quoted a high price tag for repair and I researched for a good shop locally. As most of the reviews stated, they do a great job and repaired the issue within a reasonable price for me. This place is awesome they were getting ready to close and they still took the time to give my car a oil change working 12 hour shift I didnt have time to bring it in the morning. Couldnt ask for a more reliable auto shop. Brought my car in because my tires were low. Gave them permission to go ahead and just change my tires. I came back to pick it up and they said nothing was wrong...No leaks and they just pumped air into it. These guys are great and are honest. I highly recommendUpdateBeen here several times now. Alex helped me get a dead animal out of the hood once. Ive had oil changes here. Eddy and Greg are both really good honest guys. This is one of the best shops I have taken my BMW to. I have gone to the dealerships in the past and was not happy with the service I received. Once I met the guys here it felt like my car found a second home. They have been very helpful with preventative maintenance and regular service for the car. Dave is honest and very knowledgeable when it comes to BMWs. Again, I highly recommend this place for any one looking for a new place to take your car.

Hi I am a first time customer that is too busy to work on his own cars anymore so i needed someone i can trust. I brought my 04 VW Jetta TDI in for an oil leak and they took me in and did the repair the same day. I already knew what the part cost and what the approximate labor should be. The price was what it should be and the work was clean and professional. I know it is difficult to find good honest technicians to work on your car and I believe in raving about someone when you find them. So KUDOS to German Automotive and to the techs who bust their knuckles everyday to keep owners happy

The best place I maintain my new 2015 Porche Macan for two years. They are all experts and very nice people. The price is just 1/3 of the dealer and the service is double then dealer. Thank the whole team leaded by David.

I love german auto they are ery professional and they do the work rite the first time.

You get better guarantee on their repairs than some dealers. I took in my E46 since it was making a terrible noise when in reverse, they replaced the guivo. Some time later a similar noise came back, took the car in for inspection turned out the guivo was again destroyed. They replaced it and also fixed the real cause of the problem. I have not had an issue with it again, the cost for me for this second repair was $0.00 Truly professionals that give you double the warranty that other dealers will give you. Dont wait any longer take your car to them and Dave or Alex will take care of you for more than half off other dealers.

Have been going to German Auto for years. Owner Dave and mechanical Alex are honest good mechanics they also work on non German cars.

I have a 2011 VW Golf TDI (diesel), and I have 143,000 miles on the car. The best car I have ever owned. One day last week, I had a check engine light come on, first time ever. I took the car to the local VW dealership, since I had received $500 from VW for my TDI which can be spent at a VW dealership, so I thought the money would go far at the dealership. I needed some major work done to the car, for preventative maintenance, including cleaning or replacing the diesel particulate filter and the timing belt. I got a price of $6,200.00 from the dealer!! Holy bankruptcy!! When I took my car over to Dave (the owner) and Alex at German Auto Service Center, they assured me they could help me out for a lot less than this. I was very concerned about my car, since it is critical for my job. I got a great complete overhaul, even a new starter (was found to be bad during the work), even a new set of struts I had them put on, all for about 1/3 the cost of the dealers. Alex was tremendously helpful and very knowledgeable. Could not recommend them more. If you want your diesel to run right, take it to Dave and Alex. Great job guys. Thanks.
