This review is long overdue. Last year I was looking for a local florist to support and saw that Ron & Alicia had a lot of great reviews. I ordered an arrangement online to be delivered for my moms birthday. The arrangement looked exactly like it was on the website. I was very happy about that and my mom loved it! I have ordered arrangements for different occasions since then and have not been disappointed. Ive also stopped by in person for quick bouquets and they are also beautiful. This is now my go to florist.

Five star ⭐️ I went on Saturday to get a bouquet for my cousin that was in the hospital and she arranged a beautiful flower arrangement. Everyone at the hospital was committing how beautiful they were, my cousin loved them!! Thank you for bringing a smile to my cousin who is battling cancer♥️ I will definitely return. Great prices too ! I told how much I wanted to spend and she did an amazing job 👍🏼😊

I ordered sympathy flowers for a co-worker last week online and had to change the date. I emailed their customer service team and they emailed me back almost immediately with confirmation of the new date. It was my first time ordering and that definitely gave me a good impression of this business. Best of all, my co-worker loved her flowers! Will be ordering from this business again.

Ordering online was fast and easy. The flowers arrived fresh, and they were very beautiful.

We did not receive the flower arrangement we ordered.Our order was for the “36 PLATINUM ROSES” delivered for Valentine’s Day. The Ron & Alicia WEB Site indicates “Signature Ecuadorian red roses”, “In a tall vase filled to the brim with babys breath”.We received only (24) red roses, there was no baby’s breath at all and there was no large red ribbon as shown on their website plus the vase was a very thin plastic vase.We think they delivered the wrong order by mistake. When we contacted customer service they would not accept any responsibility for their error.This order was close to $300. With the missing (12) roses, missing baby’s breath, missing red ribbon and plastic vase one would expect a minimum of $100 refund plus a we are very sorry for the inconvenience. We only received a $50 refund. Needless to say we will never order flowers from Ron & Alicia Florist again.

My son who lives in Virginia sent me a gorgeous orchid for my birthday. It was very tall and not in the container that he chose. No watering instructions but I’ve had several orchids in the past from Trader Joe’s. The problem was that I could not get it out of the pot. The plastic pot was jammed in the outside pot. I called and was told to put one ice cube a week in the plant. I believe it’s two plants and one is dying.I planned to enjoy this orchid for years and only hope that my daughter can help me save it . We didn’t want to stress it by repotting when loaded with blooms. I was going to come by shop but now so disappointed that I wont bother.

Arrangement was beautiful, however there was one rose missing from my order of one dozen. It won’t stop me from ordering from them however. All other orders have been perfect.
