POP DEN Mystery boxes are a SCAM. They steal your money by NOT living up to their GUARANTEED box value. I’ve seen at least 50 YouTube videos of people losing as much as $70-$90 on 2 boxes combind. Even witnessed an email exchange between a Youtuber and pop den about a refund and the responses from Pop Den were unprofessional and a disgrace. This seems to be the mystery box people make videos complaining about and rightfully so. STAY AWAY from these CROOKS.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This company lies. Dont buy from them. False advertising. They say one thing but do something different to benefit themselves. Im reporting them to the better business bureau.

Great place for Funko Collectibles. Just picked one up, and customer service was awesome 😀

Awesome shop, alot of hard to find pops and the owner is very communicative. He even gives you your pops in cardboard boxes to make sure they make it home safely.

False Advertising and is not trustworty, very unpleasant and is a big screw up for the Pop community
