The crew, led by Sam, did excellent work and got the job done quickly and on time. When the crew left it was as though they were never there, other than we now have beautiful energy efficient dual pane windows and new sliding door out to our backyard. I called them on March 3 for a morning appointment because I work graveyard on March 4 the gentleman was at my house right on time I needed 6 screen and frames put on before march10 because of my hoa I also asked about a broken sliding glass door and a new screen for that two all of the work was done correctly and on time and was way less than I planned on and the gentleman fixed my sliding glass door for free . Excellent work and thank you ! For getting everything done in such a short time ... very good company thank you one again 🙏👍

Anyone that cant take the time out to come out and look at the job and wants you to do the work by taking pictures and sending them, i feel is not interested in your business. Also what kind of bid are you going to get? AND if they cant get out for weeks, well i suggest they get more help!

We called them this morning and told them that we thought our rollers on our sliding door were bad. They came out just a few hours later and fixed the problem. They were very courteous and professional. We even decided to have them replace our screen, so everything will be dialed in. I will call them for all my window and screen repairs and replacements....they are awesome!

I went in there when these other guys took it over. They didnt know anything They were so rude. Was so happy when Chuck Argelander took the business back .What a difference. Chuck was back to taking good care of his customers. He is fair priced and does an Awesome job. I needed new windows and a shower door put on. He didnt hesitate. He got the job done right away and I love my windows. The windows have special clasps on them. So I called him and he came right out and explained everything so I understood perfectly. I felt kind of dumb having to ask him but is was very nice and didnt have any problem helping me out.I have done business with him for years. Hes back now and everyone can go back there and get the service they have always been extremely happy with. Ive purchased several windows from Glendora window and screen some for replacement and some for new installation. There service was A+ and they met all the promised delivery dates for me. I was able to complete all my jobs on time with quality windows that increased the appeal on my home. I would recommend them to anyone that asked me for a place to get windows. I recently bought replacement screens for my windows at home from this company. The service was excellent and they had my screens ready as promised. I called Glendora window & screen after hours and left a message for glass board up from a break in got a call back within a few min. Even though it was very late they came out and secured my house and the next day installed the new door glass also brought to my attention that my rollers were bad and replaced them on the spot and only charged me for the parts no labor. The price was very fair and no extra charge for the late night service. What a pleasant experience and easy and friendly to work with. I was so happy with there quick service that I took my 15 window screens into there store in Glendora and they offered same day service at no extra charge. I started Glendora Window & Screen in 1989 and gave a high level of service at a fair price. In 2010 sold the company and in a very short time the 2 owners ran the glass and screen shop into the ground it took close to 4 years to correct this awful mistake. Im sorry to my loyal customer base for over 20 years but I was able to recover the shop through litigation and we are back and giving the high level of service you had enjoyed for many years. I have purchased replacement windows for my home for many years from Glendora Window & Screen and been very happy with them, but the service is what sets them apart from other stores. I had a friend with a break-in discovered in the early evening and they didnt know what to do. I called Chuck hoping someone could help and they not only answered my call but showed up to board up the window in the dark on a second floor and had the new window ordered and installed in a couple of days. My friends were so grateful for Glendora Window and screen!!

Ive used them for the past 20 years for everything from new windows, wardrobe doors, shower doors and mirrors. Theyve even done custom glass work for me. Everything they do is topnotch. Ive gotten my window replaced here a couple of times. The first two times it was $90. The third time I came in, I talked to somebody else about the same window and got charged $65. If that wasnt bad enough the last time I came in the window would not fit when I took it home I brought it back twice to be worked on they assured me it would fit if I just forced it a little bit. The window broke in the corner as a result. So far Im not happy Im going to call them and see what they will do for me. Even though they have no answering machine and I have to call them back everyday. If Im not satisfied you will be reading another one of these.

My 83 year old grandmother called to have a sliding glass door looked at due to it was not sliding back and fourth easily. My grandmother had her care giver there at the time Daril from Glendora Window and Screen arrived. Daril said he would have to look at the door to give her an estimate. Daril came out of the bedroom after about one and a half hours (verified by caregiver) and told my grandmother that it would cost $435.40 to replace the rollers and a door handle and that it was already done!!!!!! My grandmother paid not knowing what else to do. I should add she has a care giver due to her failing memory, not anything physical. She called me later to tell me she thought she was overcharged. I called and talked to Earl at Glendora Window and Screen and he said he was there for three hours and would not refund any money. Stay away from this business!!!!!!!!! P.S. USE A STOP WATCH IF YOU DARE USE THEM!!!!!!!
