Today is October 31st, Halloween, and the experation date on these Chick-O-Sticks is May 31st as shown below. This is unacceptable because as a loyal customer I expect fresh goods to be put out on the shelves not expired goods.

Lady says ice cream with a dollar fifty when it said a dollar and she want to sell it to me for a dollar she said she couldnt do it but it said on the thing was so I had to go to a manager and get it for the price for a set as they dont know what the hell they doing they shouldnt be working there

The cashier had an attitude, wasnt friendly and no smile on her face.

The cashier Perla laughed at me after asking another customer behind me to please move forward I was next in line but refused to serve me because MY BROWN SKIN gave me a cold mad face when I walked in the store. Here in line right now, Sunday 10.14.18. There is one person on staff for entire store! I am 7th in line. This happens often at this location. The young man at register is doing his best. This is purely a bad management issue. Terrible terrible location! Do better family dollar...nothing convenient about my shopping experience!

I like this Family Dollar it always have the things I need.

I am really a fan of Family Dollar, but this visit I learned something about them I dont like. I downloaded their app and try to use our coupons. Their coupons have exclusions that are very difficult to work around. I tried really hard to get what I thought was the correct item and when I got to the register, it was not correct. So I did not get the money off. This was a busy Family Dollar, so I didnt take the time to mess around with it. That was pretty disappointing. If youre going to have coupons, dont make it impossible for people to figure out how to use them.

Going to have to make an unnecessary trip back to the store. I was overcharged on at least 3 items. Couldnt deal with it right then as I was sick. Its at least a $6 or $7 overcharge, so I cant just let it slide. Its just SO inconvenient.

So I go in there today 3/19/2017 and it smells like there is a dead rat in there like the workers should not have to work like that and we as shoppers should not have to shop and endure a smell so horrible like that. The last time it smelled like URINE it was unbearable like today...Just dont make sense to me...eby Hasner anyone shut the place down till it is fixed....smdh I will be calling corporate on Monday morning! Something will be done!!!

The employees are rude as hell this company needs customer service classes. I walked up to a register and she didnt say anything then she put register close sign up after I got to the register and just walked away without saying a word I am changing my place to shop. I will NEVER SHOP HERE EVER AGAIN. Bad customer service turned me away.

To me. Family Dollar has got alot of things everyone can use without spending alot money as comparable to other stores and they Are Everywhere.
