The apple fritter had NO apples! No applesauce, no apple flavor, gummy not crisp texture

Customer: Can I have 2 dozen donuts please.Cashier: Sorry, I don’t have any donuts.Customer: Well, what are those (pointing at the tray of donuts behind the counter)?Cashier: *Shrugged shoulders*Customer: How long until there are more donuts?Cashier: 2 minutes.Customer: Ok. I’ll wait.You’d think hat a donut shop would take pride in having fresh donuts. Even something like, “we’ve got some fresh donuts on the way if you’d only wait a couple of minutes.” For a company with their product in the title to say that they are “out” of the product when said product is not only visible but in the process of restocking is the antithesis of good customer service and positive business practice.It’d be a grand marketing idea to even hang a sign in the window that says “hot and ready” something like that to flag in hungry passers-by into the store. Wait, that’s been done...successfully already.Oh yeah, their donuts are decent. Location is a key convenience here. Definitely have had more succulent cake donuts.

Donuts are delicious and look great. The customer service is excellent and every time we come in we are treated very nicely. We love coming here to get our donuts in the mornings!

Will not be back. Slow service, over priced. Does not have a good variety. Asked for a sprinkle donut and all the cashier said, was they dont have any at 7am. Also, didnt have regular chocolate milk. If you want great sevice, and great donuts, with variety go down the street to Vintage Donuts.

Ex employee...... you should not eat here, if a donut falls both owners will pick it up and put back on racks to sell... rat poop was found on a peanut donut the owners son didnt trash the peanut container he just picked out the poop from container.Really miss all my customers..

This is my go-to Donut shop. The owners are the sweetest people and they always have a great selection. Theyre also open a little bit later than other local shops.

I work late, so when I arrived at 5:15 AM, there were plenty of fresh out of the fryer doughnuts to choose from. My go to is the apple fritter. They werent ready, but the lady said that she would drop them now. NOTHING BETTER than a fresh apple fritter right out of the fryer!! Yumm!! I also got a few Kelochis to take home. Again...YUMMM!! THIS IS MY GO TO SPOT FOR EARLY MORNING INDULGENCES!!

The lady this morning had a straight attitude for no reason. Messed up on our order, we go back she tried to be very catty. Customer service is everything i will not be back. Pig n blankets were soggy by the way.
