Shouldnt even get a star. Kept my car for about 4 months and I called upwards of 50+ times and only talked to anyone 3 times. Towards the end I had heard nothing about my car or even spoke to anyone for 3 weeks. So I had to show up 2 days in a row for them to tow my car to the dealership when I was able to drive it in, wasnt able to drive it out. The first day apparently they were too busy to tow my car fist thing in the morning when I didnt see anyone really busy. And they didnt tell the dealership a thing they did to it. They also broke my truck and left my car a mess. Funniest part is they wanted me to get my triple A to come tow my car like no youre taking care of it. I dont know how they have a business but they certainly dont run it the way it should be.

My son was having multiple issues with his Volkswagen Passat they were honest and upfront with the cost vs value of his vehicle and the gentleman stated he would be happy to do all repairs if that’s the route I wanted to choose. We decided a different route. We are very thankful for the integrity of this repair shop. Definitely a go to for your repairs needs.

Dropped off my car there to have a thermostat put in I already had and to get a thermostat housing I needed to do it. The mechanic told me he would call me later that day and never did. After waiting 2 days he got back to me with a ridiculous price to do it. 350 bucks! The part I needed was only 30 bucks and it only took a hour to do. They are very expensive and unreliable. I wouldnt go there if I were you.

Evia did a outstanding repair on my 2004 chevy colorado! I purchased my truck new in 2004, which is now 15 years old. I had a rusty frame which did not pass inspection. I was ready to purchase a newer truck and Bill (owner of Evia) said to me, let me have a look at the problem. Bill put the truck on a lift and did a complete inspection. It look like a chevy defect in the frame and I did review on the web other owners of the same truck had similar problem. Bill said, he could fix the frame and gave me a fare price. After the repair was completed, looks like the frame is stronger than when the truck was new, great job!!! You are probably saying, what do I know! Well, I was in construction for 45 years, building homes. I have two vehicles and Evia does the repairs, Also excellant import repair. Thanks Evia, Bill T.
