I dont smoke, I dont believe that stores such as these should be in business to sell tobacco products to the American People. But since I didnt actually go into this Store I really enjoyed going into the Flower Shop next it and getting a bouquet of flowers for my wife on Valentines Day.

Used to be a regular customer until I spent 100 dollars on a cigarette machine that ripped cigarettes and didnt fill the tubes from the moment I took it out of the box. Very poor design. When I called the next day I was informed that they have a no return policy so now I am out 100 dollars, cause the machine is junk. I will not return again, EVER! So I guess their policy is effective! I wont shop somewhere that isnt the least concerned with customer satisfaction.

OK selection on tobacco and vape products. Prices arent the best in the are but not the worst. Intermittently closed during business hours with handmade signs tossed up on the door tho.

Cashier was lucid on knowledge of what they sold. Cigarette selection was very minimal. No rolling machines. Just not a pleasant atmosphere

Frequent shopper of this location since it is the local smoke shop but Im always greeted with a smile and great customer service. Prices are reasonable as well.

Some of the best prices around, as far as vaping. I wish they would keep up on their inventory a little better though. I got comfortable on a juice that no one else carries and they told me they had it on order for over a month. I would have ordered it online sooner but I was being told it would be in soon so I held off. But anyways good vaping store

Dudes (and ladie) have gone above and beyond for myself, my brother, my father, and my mother. Always quick service. Sometimes they run out of my particular vape liquid, but thats because theyre the only people who carry it, and many people like/want it.

My sister went in there to get a king size roller and they gave her a 70mm roller instead and then when she went to go return it and to get another Roller for King size they gave her a 1 1/4 roller instead and they even told her it was king size so they need to learn what King size means but its on becuz shes going somewhere else instead now

I pass by this place several times a week, and never thought to stop in. I am glad I finally did. My first experience at this shop was great. I went in for a specific vapor pen, and the sales manager down sold me to a better model - which I very pleased with. It hits like a mac truck. Also, for $2.00 I was able to try 35 of the 75 juice flavors that they offer. By doing the taste test -- you also get to try different rigs and pens before purchasing. The guy working that day gave me hands down the best customer service I have received in a vape shop. Offered some great suggestions!!A huge plus is their solid selection of products. From their glass, to pipes, to pens - their price ranges start at $19 - and go all the way up to $300. I ended up paying $40 for my pen -- in other stores that same setup would have been $69.00. And I love it so far. They have a large selection!These guys are top notch. The place is clean and the salespeople are very attentive and extremely well informed. If you are just getting started, this is the place to go to get your vape on! Tons of options for rigs, juices and pens. Cool laid back environment, even the customers were friendly. There is a small area where a few people were vaping.Ive only been there twice -- both times these guys have been on point. They also have another location in Saratoga - same owner and the salespeople work both places. Other smoke shops around dont have as large of a selection backed by such quality and warranty. I highly recommend stopping in.

Horrible service.Rude employees, especially Jerry. Very short with me and got huffy and puffy when I asked him to grab me an item from behind the counter. The vape juice is of low quality and all products are overpriced. 1 star only because it wont let me do 0.

Went in for a coil on multiple occasions for 2 different tanks. Employees clearly dont have any details other then manufacturer. Was sold the wrong coil on 2 different occasions.

Highly recommend! Excellent staff (Hey, Joe!) and a constantly expanding selection of e-liquids and vaping supplies.They have a broad selection of juices to try at the vapor bar (including their own very good brand called Gus Juice, made on site in an actual clean room) and they seem to be adding more new brands all of the time.I just purchased a Kanger SubOx Mini Kit from them and it came with a free bottle of e-liquid, so I chose a bottle of Fresh from a brand called Dripster and its awesome!My only suggestion is that they really should try to update their signage to include the vaping side of the business. With the words Tobacco World being the most prominent sign that you see on the outside, if I had just driven by without knowing ahead of time that they were a vape shop as well, I never would have thought to stop there.
