I had gotten my 2010 genesis coupe 2.0t can tuned here and the tune sounds great and also performs like a totally different car.

Very lucky to have such a knowledgeable performance shop near by to me. I’ve came and gotten many parts made, ordered and installed by them. Very friendly staff (Like, zb and Sam) whom I’ve made friends with now. I like to recommend them to all my friend with KDM vehicles along with ford and many other vehicle manufacturers.

First, I just want to say that businesses thrive on the satisfaction of their customers. I want to thank Luke and Sam for their diligence in helping me to get the product that I ordered but it never showed up to my address. For a whole month, I couldn’t drive my car but Sam made sure that he would take care of the issue. I’m grateful for the help and look forward to shopping from you guys more often!! Much love!

I ordered a CPE intercooler for my focus ST and reasonably so, it was taking longer than expected due to COVID. I called asking if they had other readily available intercoolers and Sam updated me that CPE is also having some trouble with one of their welding companies or something like that. Sam gave me a great alternative for waiting for so long and shipping was paid for. I got my intercooler 2 days later and am very happy with the customer service

These guys are AWESOME, my appointment was at 10 am and they pulled my car in at 10:01 and out in less than 1 hour. Very polite and professional and reasonably priced

My issues began last October when I purchased a turbo kit for my car. The kit came with everything needed and BTR was supposed to tune the ECU for my car. I ordered the extra ECU option so I could keep my stock one in case I needed to switch them out in the future. The first one they sent was DOA and did not work at all. The shop I was working with sent it back to resolve the issue. The second one they sent back started the car, but there were issues with performance. Long story short and 4-5 tunes later my car was still not running properly. Fast forward to today - I took my car to a better shop. They have been helping me out as much as possible, but they needed help from BTR to get the tune right since they were the ones who were originally supposed to provide the correct file/ECU. The most recent file given back to the current shop my car is at did not even start my car at all. It seems like they do not know what they are doing there, nor do they care to make things right with the customer. Seems like playing the blame game is what they do best. I would be careful when considering this place of business for your tuning needs.

These guys are top notch pros, and some of the nicest people ever. They have very fair prices, but the little things make it all the more worth it. Their shop is a great place to hang out, they have cool stuff to look at, and service is second to none. Would recommend for anything auto related.

Wont be buying from here again. I had a few places I could order a specific part, albeit a small one, but settled on BTR because of the offering of USPS Priority as I was on a timeframe. I was happy when I got the shipping notification quickly, but they shipped it UPS Ground - which would have been fine if they werent drop shipping it from the other side of the country. Really? There was a specific reason I picked that shipping option...if you arent going to hold up your end of the bargain, dont offer it. Pretty simple. If I wanted ground, I would have chosen that option. WAY too many parts companies out there these days to have to put up with missed details like this. To top it off, the part might be lost(I get it, not really their fault)...but at the very least a re-routed Priority package would already be in my hand.

I would not recommend anyone get their car worked on here, unless you like your block stripped by an aftermarket oil feed line, plastic pcv hoses broken and held together by tape, wiring ran horribly throughout the car, sensors glued in because they broke them and just a low quality careless job putting the car back together inside and out. All unfortunately happened to me, learn from my mistake stay away from these guys. Would give them 0 stars if possible

One simple request to not ship ECU as I would pick it up in person. Brought it to there attention several times and they were still incompetent and shipped it to my Apartment well Im on vacation for a week. Thanks for nothing. thumbs down for unable to follow simple requests. It even states not to ship in my comments on my purchase order dumbasses.

I had my magnaflow exhaust install here a few weeks ago. Sam did a great job.

It takes a lot for me to take my time away from my life to write a google review but everyone whos thinking about getting their car tuned here needs to read this. I work at a very reputable tuning shop in west and we had a genesis coupe with some mild turbo, injector upgrades that wasnt running right. Long story short, after going back and forth about the car not being right and how their tune is perfect, we ended up tuning it ourselves. It cost us time and our customer money that couldve been saved. Ive worked with the industries best and let me tell you, btr is a joke. These guys know nothing about tuning, let alone anything about cars. Save yourselves, keep away. BTW, these are the most conceited and rude guys Ive ever dealt with.

Very bad customer service, I ordered a product to then cancel it even before I got a processing email, so I called back because I still got the email that it was processing and days after I get a email saying it’s shipping so at this point the employee (Luke) who had said he was going to call and email to cancel seems to have not done his part of the job. So now I have to pay out my pocket to return it and on top still pay a restocking fee even after contacting them before the part left the warehouse (hmm what happen Luke 🤔)....spoke to supervisor to then tell me they can’t do nothing at this point. Seems they wanted the green more then a customer even after willing to pay the restock fee if they paid the shipping... also I suggest you have your employees stick to code rather than him tell me he can make something happen, Don’t call shots if you ain’t the boss.Shipped earlier that morning? I mean I guess but the time stamps aren’t anywhere near morning let alone noon, and I don’t think these time stamps would lie to me....

Ordered some HKS plugs the last week of March, called the very next day to cancel and sent and email as well. The guy on the phone said he was going to cancel the order as it had not been shipped yet. About 5 days later I received the plugs. Called again to ask what happened, and they said to just write return on the invoice and return the plugs then a refund will be provided. I returned the plugs the next day...Now it is almost mid May and I have still not received my refund and actually received another email invoice saying my package will be shipped again!!! Called again... They assure me the email was normal and I should receive a refund in 2-3 business days... That was a week ago.I might give these guys one more chance...Finally received my refund, thanks!

New to the KDM game, but these guys are making the transition, a very nice one. They know what they are talking about. The ECU tunes are TOP-NOTCH, and are fair priced!!!!!They quoted me 2-3 weeks on the ECU shipping, got an active tracking number within days!Customer for life!

Ive had the experience to deal with this company in tuning a Kia Forte. our customer brought the car in because it was not running right. Poor idle, makes less power on 7psi of boost than it did N/A. BTR wrote the tune for the vehicle so i tried to work with them. They Insisted that it was the car and there tune is spot on. I have a dyno to prove otherwise and Luke has been far from helpful. Poor attitude, lack of knowledge, and false promises. i could go on all day what i went thru but needless to say at the end of the day. I will be flashing the ECU ourselves. Could have Saved a months worth of time if i didnt bother with them., Devin

Just picked up new transmission mount at a great price and these guys are beyond awesome and the most welcoming bunch youll ever meet in the business!!!

Went to a Dyno day when they had first gotten it set up, and had 3 runs. They could not get an accurate reading on the car, or smooth out the curve, leaving it with a bunch of erratic lines. When I asked them about it, they just said it is not fully set up.

Dont waste your time guys...this guys are useless..there is more other shops better..than this jokers....was in this shop before...i was trying to find some mods and suggestions..but walked out of this shop with nothing...for ceo of this company..hire people that would know how to treat customers.....one satisfy customer. will tell 1 or 2...but one unsatisfy customer would tell 4 to more about their experienced...think about it have agood day....

After a terrible experience with a well known tire shop who had mounted brand new tires on a brand new out of the box rims and new lug nuts, they tightened the nuts with a torque wrench after I told them to do it by hand... they ended up braking 2 of the nuts and over-tightenning all others. They told me that I have to take it to a specialty shop right away to remove those lug nuts and that in the process I would definitely destroy my new wheels because they will have to heat blast them to basically melt them off...I came to BTR upset and BTR assured me that they would remove these nuts the best way they can without harming my wheels too much... after 3 hours, only 2 wheels were done, and a few broken tools. They ran out of tools at that point and I felt terrible. They also stayed passed the hours of operation for me. The job was later done, and BTR did hold their promise and were able to remove these nuts without harming my wheels much. They definitely know what they are doing and do it well! Highly recommend 👍
