Oh man, this place is ice cream heaven!!! So delicious. 48 different flavors to choose from. Morgan helped us out and she was amazing. So sweet and helpful, and she gave us good recommendations on where to eat. 10/10 recommend!

My family went here after dinner for our dessert. The staff was great and the ice cream was wonderful. The chocolate peanut butter swirl was really yummy!!

Have been coming to this ice cream shop for years and they always have great service and even a better selection of ice creams to choose from. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the Glenwood Springs area.

Definitely love going here! Always friendly service, wonderful selection of ice creams, my only complaint is that its always packed and 1 person working when there are at least 7-8 groups in line, and the prices have continuously gone up in the last few months, would recommend for the locals :)

The simple fact they offer dairy free options has renewed my faith in humanity. Discovering my allergy to casien in 2020 was a massive shift in my norm since then I havent been able to go out for ice cream with my son. Amazing experience all around! I had a waffle with two flavors of ice cream on top. The waffle was probably the best waffle Ive ever had, no kidding, and then the ice cream was creamy and flavourful. Steve was also super friendly and helpful behind the counter, thanks Steve!

Delicious! I ordered a sprinkle cone with a scoop of Superman and a scoop of birthday cake! My husband ordered a cone with butter pecan and Superman. The gentleman working was very friendly and the shop was clean. $14 for two cones is a little pricy but so tasty.

Great homemade ice cream! If you like peanutbutter & chocolate, they have an amazing take on it. A little expensive at basically $7 for 2 scoops but probably worth it for the quality. Quick and friendly service as well.

Delicious ice cream spot! We stopped after a long day at the Iron Mountain Hot Springs and the Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park and it was the perfect treat. So many flavors and great service. We will be back next time in Glenwood!

I love this place! It reminds me of the ice cream stores I used to go to as a kid back in the 80s! It has those clown cones and ice cream cakes too and a big variety of ice cream anyway you like!

Awesome cakes! We ordered an ice cream cake for our daughter’s birthday and it was one of the best we’ve ever had. We had multiple adults comment on the quality of the cake and the ice cream. And of course the kids all loved it. Really cool designs, great communication and great price!

Ice cream was terrific! More importantly, our experience was out of this world. The gentleman who was there by himself was entertaining & seemed to just enjoy being around the guests who were in for a visit. Wed come back to this place just because of that. My family was very happy to find this place especially after our bad experience with 19th street dinner. We came in with a chip on our shoulders... I was very impressed with how the workers were patient with us and helped us choose some amazing flavors of ice cream. We went here when visiting Glenwood Springs, CO. It was a good ice cream shop with many flavor choices. They also had snacks and drinks available.If you happen to find yourself in Glenwood, it is a great place for a treat.Happy licking😊

Customer service was okay, and the smoothies were too sweet. Instead of having a thick “smoothie-like” texture, they were very thin and watery.

48 flavors. FORTY EIGHT. I counted. And they’re all amazing, from the birthday cake to the raspberry sorbet (the raspberry sorbet I had was amazing unlike the raspberry sorbet I find at almost every other ice cream shop I go to). Definitely should grab dessert there if you’re visiting Glenwood.

Horrible customer service when it comes to food allergies. Definitely do not go here. Plenty of other understanding places around. Chocolate Moose Ice Cream Parlor is very understanding and accommodating.

The flavors are seemingly endless. They had cotton candy which I hadn’t tasted since I was seventeen, the guy at the counter was super nice and offered us tastes of whatever we wanted to try. I celebrated my birthday with a single scoop cone AND a single scoop cup. The we found out the cups are color changing. Amazing. Nostalgia at its finest. Can’t wait to go back.

Lots of fun flavors that I grew up on like (green)mint chocolate chip, bubble gum, and lots of sorbet choices. I got the black cherry and the delicious coconut explosion in a waffle cone. This is a definite throw back to the ice cream shops of the 80s. The workers were very friendly!

What do you do when your two year old turns three? You take him and the family to Kaleidoscoops ice cream on Grand Ave. This is by far the best ice cream in town, with reasonable prices and many flavors. While bubble gum and birthday cake were among our familys favorites, other amazing flavors include chocolate chip cookie dough and caramel confusion. Definitely treat your family to this hidden gem.

A+!I would always drive by this place when I was in town until I finally decided to stop by and check it out this past Saturday night, and to be honest I am not sure why I didnt check this place out before. The ice cream and service is top notch! I went there with my wife and children and they all loved it. The person who helped us out was very friendly and helpful, I wish I could remember his name. Next time Im in the area I will make sure I stop by for another Banana Split :) !!!

Visited on Friday afternoon. Steady flow of customers, and the staff were friendly, accommodating and quick. There were many different flavors of ice cream that I would have liked to have tried many more than I had time to do bbn in one visit. Minimal parking however, but being on the main street through town it is easy enough to get in and out quickly. Fun place to visit hope to go back again soon

Small and fairly priced ice cream parlor with a MASSIVE amount of flavors to choose from that are all to die for.The staff was friendly and more than willing to allow me to try multiple samples before choosing what to have. Grab a coffee next door when you leave too!

I enjoyed my visit. Generous scoops of ice cream on a waffle cone and on a medium cup. For me the medium cup was more than enough, with a chocolate and vanilla scoop topped with chopped nuts. Their staff was friendly and the establishment was clean, not too busy.

I love coming to this place everytime I visit Glenwood springs. It has the best and tastiest varieties of flavors and options. The staff is always friendly and efficient. I love the clear bowls that turn blue. Superman icecream is the best.

I found out recently that I cant have dairy so having ice cream and dessert in general can be hard. We came thinking they had nothing for me but found that had 2 types of italian ice! Which was nice. I just wish they had more to choose, maybe a few sorbet choices with their sherbet. My boyfriend had ice cream and said it was really good. He scarfed it down fast.

Walked in and wondered if I had walked into a Baskin Robbins that had gone very long in the tooth... yes and yes. Kaleidoscoops is a store that split off from that franchise so that explained that. The place is a little run down when I visited, the staff nice and the ice cream was good. No complaints really, but not much to praise either.

Interesting place with great ice cream. It also serves as a sort of corner convienience store selling stuff like ramen, sandwiches, candy, coffee, etc... The guy watching the place when we visited was extremely friendly. This is definitely a place set up out of passion rather than an attempt at pure profit.

What can I say I simply hands down love kaleidoscope!!! the staff is very explanatory period and the ice cream selection is rather good period on a hot day anything can happen here . I always support local business over any other chain .

Love this place been going here since I was a little boy . It used to be baskin robins when I was younger, and in my twenties it became kaleidoscope. Now that I am forty this place is still on top . Thanks for your many years

The woman at the front desk was hostile and rude. You should be ashamed of yourself. The way you confronted me as someone visiting from out of town was downright awful.Apparently they do not like it when you park in their parking lot. I was a paying customer to the coffee shop next door that shares the same parking lot. I had my coffee and then took my dog for a walk around the block. When I returned there was a rude letter on my van windshield. I went inside Kaleidoscope to ask what the problem was and the woman was nothing but rude and aggressive towards me. Im appalled. Steer clear of this place and its hideous employees.

Came here from Westminster and this place is better than anything that Ive been to down in the Denver area. My family loved it!
