I had called to get an estimate as east coasts mechanic retired and normally I’d only go to them, but they referred me to here and safe to say thank god I didn’t end up getting my car fixed here. First red flag was when he told me it would be at least 740$ for a new oil pan...(I called around to get an average estimate of 450$) not only that they never even called me back to confirm or make an appointment. Very unfriendly on the phone as well.
