The service there is awesome

In the past the store was pretty good, but now the service is terrible. Wanted to by a new phone and went in there last week, but apparently they wouldnt have new phones until next Friday, so I waited a week. Went back there today and the saleswoman said that the phones wont come until 2! I actually tried calling the store before I went so I wouldnt have to waste my time going there but she wouldnt pick up. Absolutely annoying.

Metro PCS ARE THEIVES! Do not trust them they like to take money out of bank accounts without permission....and if you no longer use them as a carrier they still will steal your money out of your accounts....be careful with them...I strongly advise not to do business with them

Would not honor the 7 day return policy. Willing to send my phone back to manufacture for replacement. I would be without a phone for 7 days, even though the store had the same phone in stock.

Def. Need to update the temporary schedule online so people know

I love the service with T mobile but this store has some of the worst customer service I have receive, also be careful when speaking to sales clerk, she will sell you stuff as free but check your receipt will show different. The return policy is nonexistant.

We were waiting for 1 hr. for service! Then it was are turn, and they didnt have the phone we wanted!

They do not do upgrades you have to pay for another phone maybe at a discounted price and they do not have refunds for those phones
