After having a negative experience with the pharmacy over the phone, I finally got my order filled and went to pick it up. All the ladies behind the counter were incredibly kind and even tried to get my copay down even more. I shared my phone experience with them and they apologized for the behavior of their colleague, I left feeling very comfortable with how my prescription was being handled. Extra shoutout to Jenna who has 15/10 customer service and was really understanding, I appreciate you!

Staff rude short tempered often fill prescriptions then wait a couple days before telling patient script ready. Several times counts off, short.

Do yourself a favor and save your frustration by going elsewhere.

Ive never had a problem here. And they let me take my dog in the store. Thats cool.

Trying to find a place to park is a nightmare, especially in the summer time. Its a lot easier going to the one in east Gloucester or rite aid.

This CVS shares the same problem as its sisterstore on the other side of town. The pharmacy is always a problem. They never have the drugs the rest of the world carries. The order is never ready on time even though the robo caller tells you it is and you get there and wait and wait and wait. Or the other favorite of mine is they ship the order to Thatcher road or you go to Thatcher road and theyve shipped to main street. Go to Walgreens, yes its stuck in the time warp of the 80s and yes the people cruising up and down the aisles are odd or high or both but theres only one so you dont have to go on a wild noose chase.

The pharmacy closes before the store. My husband just had surgery on his neck and had a muscle relaxer called in. When he called to xheck on it the neglected to tell him they were closing in a few minutes

$2.19 for a 16 oz soda. CVS is all about raping their customers of the most $$$ they can

Parking is always a pain to find a spot and is not free before 6pm.
