Super great selection! Everyone has always been super helpful and friendly! I wish I had one local to me. We make it a point to stop here several times a year when we are back visiting from PA.

Overall, superior quality items with hit or miss service. Always friendly, sometimes helpful, is how I would describe it. Ive always had better luck in person than over the phone. Dont expect them to be able to tell you whether they have something in stock. Save yourself the 20 minutes of hold music and go check for yourself.

11am and bathroom smelled of rancid urine. No paper towels either. The service desk is right there, they can small it from the desk!For my entire visit nobody said hello or offered assistance. Lastly the cashier didnt say anything until I initiated. Seriously fake being happy about your job and maybe you will get promoted.Love the selection.

Great place, like an old country store, only on a much more grand scale.Amazed that almost anything I could think of was on a shelf somewhere, clothes, tools, food, tack, farm & garden, kitchen and on and on.Was there 1 1/2 hrs. but easily could have spent more time, and for sure more money.One drawback though, hot items may be in short supply or even out, which I found out, but otherwise a nice ride and visit from home in Glens Falls.And dont forget to stop at Big Mikes for some hotdogs & fries.🍟🌭

Many people like this store because they have I think EVERYTHING! Personally I don’t shop there often because their prices seem to be a little higher than others in the area.

The people that works there are desrespectful to the other workers they use workers for a week or two and then they make up lies about them so they can fire because they think they are better than everyone, someone steal a pair of boots and they try to say my wife stolen them, my wife never stolen anything in her life, now she actually set off the alarm under the cash register because when they were teaching her what to do knowone showed her Were it was and they told her they didnt have to show her were it was

I love Runnings but when I was there today 2/10/21 (3:45pm approx.) and asked an employee who worked there if she knew the price on a bird-feeder. She rolled her eyes and sighed when I said “miss, do you know if this is the price of this bird-feeder” Came over. Looked. Said she didnt know and didnt have a scanner; clearly not interested in helping me and actually annoyed with me. I said sorry to bother you and she walked to the back. Customer service is everything. Employees might want to remember customers purchasing things is their paycheck. I didn’t bother to buy the bird-feeder.

Ordered and paid for an item that was listed as the Gloversville store having 3 in stock, went to pick it up 2 hours later (same day) was told my order was cancelled as they were out of stock! Was told

Clean, friendly knowledgeable associates. Alot of bare spots on the shelves. Our favorite items we go there to buy werent available. I hoped they would have been well stocked on the holiday.

Just spent 25 minutes in this store looking for an item. Approached 3 different employees. Had 1 just keep walking and 2 give me the just a minute gesture and not return.

The only problem with this store is that its over an hour for me to get to!

My husband and I just had an extremely positive experience at Runnings, thanks entirely to Joe. Joe spent time with my husband going over the various Stihl weed trimmers. Joe was very knowledgeable about the products, was never pushy, and actually stayed a bit beyond closing time to complete the sale. Joe is the epitome of what customer service is all about. While Joe was working with us, he was simultaneously helping 2 other customers and a coworker. It certainly makes us want to do more business with Runnings. Runnings is lucky to have such a great ambassador like Joe representing the company. 5 star service from Joe!

Very upset with the customer service every time I shop there!!! This time will be the last! The staff are always miserable and dont want to give the time of day to anyone! Such a shame cause it seem like a cool store to shop at.

Went in to check on parts for a AR15 that I am building. The staff there was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product in which I was looking at. Definitely a recommended location for anyone whos interested in outdoor products.

Good store fair prices and endless items

It was nice big country but it was a little high on prices, no price checker to be found and 2 rude cashiers when leaving the store. I personally like tractor supply more.

Do not trust online claims of items being in stock. If you are looking to buy something particular and it says in stock at a store, do yourself a favor and call the store to verify, especially if youre a good bit away from the store like me. Love the store, hate wasting a 45 minute one way trip to find out their inventory is inaccurate.

Good found everything I was looking for

A little bit of everything. I usually go for specific items so I dont have a lot of experience shopping for odds and ends. Pricing on some products is good while other products are similar to what you will find in these types of stores. It is a well outfitted store which, if you choose to, is good for wandering and checking the place out. Also appears to be clean and well kept.

I came here today to buy a mailbox. I wasnt sure if they were going to have them, but they did. And I consider the prices to be pretty good too. They had a special on microfiber wipes. The store is well maintained, and well-stocked. The employees that I spoke to seemed to know their job well, no the store well, and were very helpful.
