There was meat in my fruit bowl. I am a vegan and found meat in my fruit bowl that I purchased from the Gloversville Hannaford on 6/7/2021. This is disturbing.

Clean and stocked well, once in a while good sales

2nd week in a row Ive gone there to get groceries an they try to shove as much into 2 reusable as they can even tho I have about 10 bags. This week they shoved about 100 dollars worth the stuff into 2 bags crushing things.

Gloversville Hannaford just got Hannaford To Go. I have used it a few times. Each time I have had a different employee. Each one of them, Missy, Evan and Nick have been a pleasure. I cannot say enough about them and the shopping experience I had since this program! They are so nice and helpful! Way to go Gloversville Hannaford!

I cant believe they dont have A1 Sauce thick & Hearty they only have the regular. I mean you are grocery store I hate having to go to Price Chopper to get stuff Hannaford doesnt have

Employees were polite and courteous. This store is fairly well stocked albeit there were quite a few empty slots where there used to be a product. The reason understandably may be, COVID is still affecting areas of our product creation, collecting and distribution.

Great shopping experience overall. Their competition does have better selection of meats and much better floral department.

Clean store, well organized, produce section was picture perfect. Meats need plastic bags would be my only issue. I found 1 almost near the bacon area. Aisles were clean, well stocked, an free of clutter.

I love HannafordIts great because they have there brand deals . Plus you can download there coupons in your phone.

Every time I’m in this store the shelves aren’t stocked. I can’t find someone to help locate an item if I’m having trouble. Half the time you bag your own groceries because they don’t have enough employees and the prices are ridiculous for this. I hate feeling like I’m going to pull my hair out.

They carried spinach noodles. Its hard to find in most stores.

I just want to thank the evening manager, Matt M. I was in here tonight and I when it came time to check out suddenly there were lines all the way into the aisle. It took him barely any time at all to get people on the open registers and he himself started bagging groceries. Some obnoxious young “adults” came in and started yelling and fooling around and I say this as a young adult myself, with a busy store during a pandemic it just caused unnecessary stress. There was a security memo immediately and they were watched and checked out right by the manager who was polite but made it clear their behavior was unacceptable. He worked hard and fast as did the rest of the hannaford employees. Hannaford has the best staff and clearly great leadership. Thank you.

Clean, good produce and meats, not many organic options in produce but nice array of grass-fed meats and nice organic and specialty/ethnic areas. Friendly staff.

We have been shopping at hannaford for a very long time. lately things have changed in the last few months. we asked why the shelves were bare for the second time looking for a specific product we searched for during this trip and the previously trip. the cashier said they havent had the product for a while and didnt know why. it was a common product we bought all the time. very unhelpful, she didnt seem interested in finding out for us. we stopped buying fruits and vegetables there because they are rotten 2 days later. employees are not as friendly as they used to be & unwilling to help when you ask a question. very dissappointed it used to be a great experience. its sad to see the store changing like this.

We went to the pharmacy to receive flu shots. The pharmacist was very friendly and very proficient. It was easy to do. There were no costs.

Reasonable prices. Not a fan of removing customer service counter and using a register instead. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean throughout store, including restroom. Pharmacy staff excellent and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend.

Cashier was extremely patient with me because the coupons were not coming off the total so he had to put in by hand.

One can find almost anything there, except for Lifeway Organic Kefir ( only Hannaford brand which is like water) or a2 milk which has been discontinued. Walmart has a much better selection!

Rare that anyone raves about a supermarket, but Im doing that...RAVE! I recently moved to the area and Hannaford was recommended. My first visit I stayed 4 1/2 hours and spent well over $400. Not that the prices were high, they are not. Just I was so taken with the variety and quality brands that I just went..well, hog wild! Meat, seafood, bakery, dairy, and organic and special needs all standout. Employees friendly and knowledgeable. If you have any doubts...forget it, they will get you hooked in 5 min. Best chain supermarket I have ever shopped.

Not as much selection as the Amsterdam location, but a very nice store. Youll find a seperate Gluten free section where the almond milk is, and a separate organic section which is nice. I also love the sweet lady who bags groceries... its nice to see the same staff as the years roll by.

Good place to Shop for some good deals. My Wife and I always go there to get our Thanksgiving Turkey, Christmas Ham, etc. We enjoy the experience. The prices are comparable to other Grocery Stores and we do like there Meat there. We will be going back quite often to Shop there.

Hannaford supermarkets are the best. There very friendly and helpful. There are no gimmicks where it raises the prices. There selections are great. Consistent quality and great price every day.

Most were wearing masks but some didnt care about social distancing or if they were going the incorrect way in the aisles.

Went to pick up prescriptions, which I was notified that were ready, but when I got there they werent! Going to find another pharmacy...

I can get things here that I cant find at Walmart or Price Chopper. Not a big selection of prepared foods.

The people who work there are very helpful. The food is always fresh and if there is an issue they take care of it for you right away. The pharmacy staff is very helpful.

Hannaford in Gloversville N.Y. is a very well maintained store, very clean and great customer service. The store has items you cant find in most supermarkets. The prices are compatible with surrounding stores.

I like shopping here better than anyplace else in the area. The only complaint I have is their produce section is somewhat limited. Even so, I can usually always find the items I typically use.
