Terrible customer service, credit card machine always down, consistently out of major consumables, can’t tell the difference between 3/32 and 1/16 wire, nothing usually in stock, hands down worst welding supply store I’ve been to from gloversville to Albany and Saratoga. Hands down would recommend the extra time to go to Amsterdam where at least stuff is kept stocked.
Amazing customer service and funny (awesome combo) every time I stop in they always have everything I need right in stock. I suggest you stop in before assuming online will be cheaper as their prices are competitive! I will be coming back for sure! Support your local welding shop.
