One day I ordered pizza and french fries. I dialed, ordered and was told that food price is $28.10. I walked in store, picked up food and got home. Later I found out that I got charged $29.22. Asked why different. They said that it is because card trasaction fee added. Does this sound right to you? Tell customer this price and charge that amount without explanation. Why can we try tell customer like this hey total came up to $28.10 in cash. If you pay with credit card, it automatically add small trasaction fee. How would you like to pay? Too long? what about hey with card fee, its $29.22 Im not trying to tell them how to live their life. Ive ordered from Joes Pizza many times, this was only and first time I got charged different. Whats changed? Plus staff said something like hey its only a dollar and some change (whats the big deal?) Its not I dont have that money but I feel this is not right. Additionally every penny counts. I dont think its customers responsibility to figure out there must be some proper reason when price jumped. I like to order from local restaurant for we are all in Little Neck community. Would you treat customer more professional way next time? Help me change this reviews star.
Ordered a meatball parm hero there where 2 meatballs on a hero i called and asked and they said that was correct never again are you kidding me
This little gem is my go to place for pizza in the neighborhood. classic old school pizza done right. you cant go wrong with joes pizza its so good i have no problems calling it the 2nd best pizzeria in the county and thats no exaggeration .one bite everyone knows the rules...
LOVE this place!! garlic knots sooo yummy and pizza 10/10. love the new teriyaki and sesame chicken pizzas. prices not bad either. pastas are also good!!

I arrive at this marvelous place once a month as I enjoy the special atmosphere that is unique to this restaurant. The team is awfuly attentive and professional. The service is absolutely rapid. Needless to say, the food you eat is first-rate. I ate there often and I was always delighted. The cost is decent. I recommend this restaurant to to all.
The pizza is delicious and reasonably priced, and the guys behind the counter are so accommodating. A group of us come in with our 10+ toddlers fairly frequently, unannounced, and are always helped with a smile. Anything we need, they are willing to help.

The pizza here is amazing Ive been going here since I was 5 years old. I love the service here. Tara is behind the counter and answers the phone and she is amazing. Everytime I have gotten food and Pizza its always been amazing. The slices are big, and fresh. Great place highly recommend!

Love the pizza and salads here! The staff is always very friendly especially when I call needing a delivery order for my family and I. Very fast, always what we ordered, tastes great and good prices!
I havent been back to this place in a few years. There used to be a good looking blonde that worked the counter with a horrible attitude. The prices are steep and the quality is average. Go another half mile down to centre pizza for a real slice and friendly staff.

I have literally never thrown out pizza before. My son and I took one bite and spit it out. $3 per slice? The only reason we went in was because of the famous Joes Pizza logo, which it turns out that stole -- theyre not part of that company at all. Worse than even the dollar joints in Manhattan.
Amazing prices and the pizza tastes great but WAY TOO OILY
I have started going back to this pizzeria since new management has taken control! What a difference?!!! It is like night and day! There is a more caring and happier vibe by staff and owner, not to mention the food is good! :) I am a believer once again!
Pizza is always stale, been sitting on the display case all day possibly from the night before. The customer service is the worst. The girl with the St Johns shirt is very rude, doesnt care about her job or customers. Very filthy drops pizza on the floor picks it right up to serve! Joes too used to be great but those Glory days are long gone.
Best Sicilian Pizza
Our go-to place! My mother lives down the street and since I moved away, we go there every time we visit for that good ol Queens pizza~Weve done take out, delivery and eat-in many times over the last bunch of years and have always been happy with food and service. In fact, Im picking my son up at LGA this afternoon and will be taking a pie for him to nosh on for the ride home!

There is good news and bad news about Joes. First the bad. I ordered a meatball parm hero to stay. Not much in the meatball department. Maybe 2 1/2 meatballs cut up. Also, mostly a bread mixture. It literally crumbled apart in my mouth, no meat to bite into. The sauce was bitter. What made it worse....it cost $9.75! The good news, you can have this faux meatball parm on a weekday as a lunch special for $5.95. Ill pass on this place in the future.Edit: 3 hours after eating that shi# sandwich I was still burping up and felt sick. I wanted to puke. Avoid this place.
I LOVE this place!!! Best Pizza in town!! The sauce is super tasty..and the cheese melts in your mouth! I wouldnt eat there..but always get it for takeout!

Its so Obvious these negative reviews are made of spite, or perhaps from competitors (Note to Trolls, never give 1star thats a give away that your trolling) I Actually found the pizza excellent, theyre sauce was amazing just the right amount of sweetness and zest- Pizza is more about the sauce than anything else, and these guys nail it!I saw a few reviews complaining about the staff smoking outside, and bad customer service. Well, if you want authentic italian style pizza you get it from authentic smoking rude italians. Exactly the way its in Italy, costumer service? get outta here...So why dont i give it 5 stars? Cause i had better Pizza by ruder heavier smoking Italian that beat me with their pizza spatula, just by asking for extra cheese.
Worst costumer service ever. Order 2 specialty pies. Waited 40 mins, they deliver 1 correct(and cold) and 1 plain but charge me for my original order. I called to complain and they tell me they can make me my pizza and deliver it. Ive already waited 40 mins so I tell them I just want my money back for the wrong pie. Their response was no problem, you have to give us back the wrong pizza. No problem, you can take your wrong pizza back along with never getting another dollar from me ever again.....

Sadly - We ordered a simple pie with extra cheese and a calzone for delivery - after an hour and fifteen minutes we called asking where it was. We were told it was going out the door now living only 5 blocks from the place after 15 minutes we had to cancel the order -An hour and a half for a pizza???????????????????????Sorry never again.
Honesty, they need. Charged me 9.75 $ instead of 9 72 $ 3 cents is not much but honesty take a long way.

Mostly ok service & food, however, occasionally they loose your order & are unpleasant about it.
I payed for delivery with a $50 bill for two pies. It cost $34 dollars and the guy took off with the rest of the change when i had my back turned to put the pizza on the table. I called back for the rest of the change but the pizzeria refused to give me back the change.
