My truck died with a dead battery in Goffstown the other day, I had it towed here at the recommendation of a friend that lived nearby. They had it fixed in < 24 hours at a good price!

The only repair shop I trust to take all of my automobiles -for the last 16 years.Honest, timely and affordable -with service you can count on. They fix whats needed without adding unneeded parts or labor. Very reliable, honest and highly skilled. I recommend them for individuals as well as fleet automotive needs.

My husband brought his car in to get fixed on Tuesday because our usual shop was booked up. Fine. They ordered the part and quoted my husband $440 with parts and labor, and told him they would be working on it yesterday morning, first thing. They called in the afternoon yesterday to let us know that the part had not yet arrived and it would be done by noon today. Fine. We did not receive a call that it was finished until almost 1pm today AND the total charges were $554 because there was a nut and bolt here or there and some extra labor. They spoke with my husband twice between the initial cost given and pickup and did not mention it being more expensive. They did not ask us if the extra $114 would be a problem. So not only was it a day later than promised, it was over $100 more than we were told it would be. This is not good business practice.We will NOT return and we will for sure stay where honesty and customer service are the standard policy.
