Wonderful sale prices. Very helpful staff. This is my wifes favorite store. They have a wide selection of goods and wonderful items for every holiday.

Found some great patio cushions today for only 20.00 and an umbrella for 50.00! Big Lots had some great items for you patio!

The new allstate protection plan for furniture isnt all that great. They have a limit of claims that you can do. Thats fine but not what I was told otherwise biglots really can have some great things for a bargain

Havent been here in 2yrs. there seemed to be nothing organized, it seemed to be a jumble.

Very helpful staff! Everyone I asked for help was knowledgable about inventory, walked to the items asked about and went above and beyond to ensure I was getting the best bang for my buck. Genuine staff and dedicated as well!

Ordered delivery from this big lots and the majority of the order was cancelled due to being out of stock. Since I didnt want a $5 bag of candy delivered with the $10 delivery fee, I called 2 hours before the order was scheduled to be delivered to cancel it. I was told it would be cancelled and they would follow up with me to confirm in a couple minutes. An hour later I never received that phone call and got a text alert saying my order had been picked up and was on its way to me. So I called AGAIN and requested a cancellation, was told they would get into contact with the driver and the order would be cancelled and refunded. I was left on hold this time for 20 minutes until I was hung up on. So I called the store directly and was told by the manager that there was nothing they could do since my order was already picked up. They said I could bring the candy back for a refund but the delivery fee would NOT be refunded. What a complete joke. After multiple phone calls and emails with these incompetent people, Ive gotten nowhere. Save your money and your sanity and shop somewhere else.

I didnt get much time to look around but Im going back and will write more. So far their awesome.

Got some kids sunglasses for $6, broke them trying to get the tag off and then bought another pair.

This place is awesome, needed some totes for moving got some huge ones like 58 gallon for only 13$ each, staff was helpful,seemed to be very clean, they were closing and didnt rush us or say anything, got k cups,cereal,totes,socks, and a kitchen knife all at the same place, open till 10pm !!! Thanks BIG LOTS!!!

Great store. Save lots of money.

They are open and the staff is courteous. Many of the bigger items have limited a availability. They will try to find another other store which has the item in stock.

Empty shelves...not very clean

This is an average Big Lots located in Goffstown and right next door to a dollar tree. The items do change a bit from season to season. This store was pretty messy and still had clearance items up from last year some of them being expired. I think this would be a really great store if they organized it and cleaned it up. For those who might not know, Big lots also sells furniture, and this location has a decent selection of furniture.

Always enjoy coming in and getting what I need...the employees are all hard at work keeping the store changes with season holiday extras, beautiful displays...

Watch ur pricing. Sone things appear to b good deal but if u compare sizes/oz they arent always.

Went in to get sheets thinking we could get half off. Sign says buy 1 get 1 half off ENTIRE STOCK. Then in small print it says “selection varies”. So which is big lots? Is it entire stock or only certain selection ? Will never go again!!!!

Found exactly what we needed

Big lots is one of those places where some days it is good and other days not so much. They do have a couple of surprising things there though. For instance, they have those copper pots and pans that I LOVE. They also have the My Pillow if youre into that sort of thing.

I mean its Big Lots! That says a lot right there. The prices cant be beat, the staff here was super helpful and the best part? Its clean and organized.. I have visited here many times with just an item or 2 on my mind and leave with so much more. The sales are always worth it and the quality of the products are A++

I purchased a gazebo on May 7th and paid cash. I asked the sales associate Gabriel if it would be ok to hold onto if till the end of June, middle of July. I said if that’s an issue, I understand and will pass on the purchase. Gabriel informed me that it would be ok and that he would tag it with my receipt, name and phone number.So I go back to Big Lots on the last week of June to make sure the gazebo is still there. I was thankful that it was still there and told them I would be picking it up in a couple of weeks.Went back today on 7/14 to pick it up and it turns out the Store Manager Ernie sold my gazebo from underneath me. They tell me they can offer me 20% off on the floor model which was all scratched and in pieces.I am beyond upset at this point and my wife is angry AF. She’s going to be calling the corporate headquarters tomorrow to tell them that the store manger sold our Gazebo and thought it would be ok. No phone call, nothing! It was good. Was looking for a coffee cup for someone, but they didnt have. I did however bought a couple of raffle tickets for a good cause.

They have some prices that are kind of high. I can go to the different places like Walmart and get it cheaper. I thought big lots was supposed to be a discounted store. I guess not because their prices are higher than other stores.

Big Lots is terrific! You can find practically anything you want here, at a great price, and, unlike some other discount stores, its clean and organized. Staff are great, too!

This store is very convenient in Goffstown. They don’t always have what I need but the employees are always pleasant. If there is a line they try to get everyone through quickly.

Always find some unique deals here if you look.

Great praise has a lot of cool stuff nice furniture that definitely holds up for very cheap money I have a sectional that I had bought from there about three years ago and it still looks like brand new no ribs no tears literally a better setup that I have ever boughten other than Bobs I would definitely take Big Lots over Bobs or Ashleys Furniture or Bernie and Phyls it holds up so much better and way way nicer and way-way cheaper

This is one of the only Big lots in the area. Its inventory fluctuates based on manufacturer closeouts and how motivated the employees are to stock the shelves. Generally if you visit this chain of stores often you will find a good deal on just about anything. This location is very dated but generally well-stocked.The storefront the store occupies used to be a chain called Stewarts. It was a rather large retail store not too different from Bradleys.

This Big Lots has a little but if everything for everyone. Its like a condensed Walmart with a furniture gallery. Prices here are very good with name brand items being marked down significantly at times. Overall if you need something quick and dont want to travel to Walmart this is the place for you.

This store is right around the corner from where I live and we shop there a lot. Its a great place to buy household wares and cleaning and organization supplies.

Surprisingly fully-stocked for an unusually small Big Lots store. My go-to for getting 12 Power Team Elite/World Peacekeepers action figures at Christmas time.

Good store if you are looking for some odds and ends for your house but not the highest quality products. Although I did buy a couch there a few years ago thats still in good condition.

Employees are smart and nice. The bathrooms and store is very clean, ive been in big lots that are gross and the employees dum as nails, this one isnt that. The management here works super hard to make the customers happy and i like the variety of items they stock.

Compared to other discount stores, this Big Lots is nice. It has lots of items, the furniture is surprisingly decent quality, and there usually arent too many people inside.

Me and my 2 boys an a friend went here to buy Gluten free foods and let the kids look around at toys well we looked at beds and the assosicate that was play on his computer eating candy corn yelled over to my boys get off my beds or Ill kick you out my store he is not a manager and didnt care I was standing feet away from them. So We decide to leave and he following my boys and me around the store with a evil face. Cashed out what had my boys went outside and he helks out good by. Rude and not polite. Believe maybe prejudice to kids ...Bad experience today.

Just your typical Big Lots, in a quieter demographic than most Ive encountered so the crowd is easier to navigate.
