I have purchased two used BMWs from Poquet and have been very pleased. First, the shopping experience is low key and they let you take the cars out on your own. Second, they prep the cars very well. For my recent purchase, they replaced the cars brake rotors prior to delivery after I observed some subtle brake pedal pulsation. They also ordered a second key fob from BMW at no cost to me. Third, the service department is great. Very responsive and reasonable. Most recently, they helped me out big time when my most recent purchase developed a sidewall leak in a tire. Ive purchased other cars from five new car dealerships over the last 30 years and shopped at many others. None of them match Poquet.

Lexus Murder Car! Great dealer -- brutally dangerous car. Almost murdered me. Willfully dangerous. Intentional manslaughter might be the correct legal term.I had driven up north with a friend to remote Long Lake Conservation Center for the annual Northern Nights Star Fest with the Minnesota Astronomical Society.On Saturday night, I had a medical emergency. I needed a hospital. On site medical staff said every minute counted. We had no cell service. Could not use iPhone navigation. The Conservation Center is good for Star parties because it is remote. I needed the expensive, deluxe GPS built into my Lexus.THE MURDER CAR WOULD NOT ACCEPT THE ADDRESS! THE NAVI DISPLAY SAID WILL NOT ACCEPT ADDRESSES OF HEALTH CARE OR EMERGENCY SERVICES WITHOUT MONTHLY ENROLLMENT IN LEXUS PROTECTION PLAN. Or words to that effect. No joke. Extortion.YOUR MONEY OR YOUR LIFE!!!Like so many medical emergencies, this all took place in the middle of the night when every minute could matter. I had no reasonable way to know in advance my new/used car would not accept the address of a hospital. I did not search for hospital. We entered the street address of the hospital. The car already knew the address was a hospital, and it specifically and intentionally would not accept the address. Astounding. Ridiculous. Murderous.My friends were able to download directions to the hospital onto my phone via the Wi-Fi at the LLCC. Which may be why I am still here to complain about my new/used Lexus Murder Car.BTW, even if one paid the monthly protection money to Lexus, the Navi is horrible. Extremely unfriendly. Bad routes, complex, confusing, errors. I have used four GPS Navi systems from four other brands.The Navi in the Lexus Murder Car is the only navigation system I have been unable to follow. The Navi constantly displays a prominent list of intersections which are NOT MY TURN, not part of the route. After three weeks, neither I nor my passengers can follow the Lexus Murder Car navigation directions.Poquet really is a fine and honest dealer. Buy something else from Poquet.I feel that all Lexus cars need to be recalled for a navi system upgrade. Even if one pays the protection money, the navi system is dangerous to use. Extremely awkward and confusing. Pulls the drivers attention away from the road. Dangerous.If I were wealthy, I would junk the Lexus and buy a Subaru. Not being wealthy, I will install a Garmin GPS into my Murder Car and ignore the horrible navi system.

Bought my Infinity QX 60 from Poquet which I love and had a top notch experience. However, its their customer service I really LOVE! I needed to change my license plates on my other older infinity that they service. The bolt was stuck so I took it to an Infinity dealership close to home in Golden Valley who wanted to charge me (ridiculous) $90 and an hour wait! Drove off and went back to Poquet where they took 10 min and happily did it for free. Its the little things that matter and will keep me coming back for all my future auto purchases and recommending this business to everyone I know. Poquet Auto has more than earned my trust, business and recommendations in all they do and provide.
