Taesha Wilson provided me excellent customer service while fitting my mask for my BiPAP machine. She was courteous, funny, and calming with her presence. She helped me find a much more comfortable mask and my sleep experience will no doubt be better improved through her innovative choice and quick thinking. I think that employees like Taesha Wilson should be recognized and lauded for her courtesy, excellent customer service, and positive personality skills. Based on previous reviews, I wish Taesha had been the one to get our account. From Karen to the Emilies, some guy who wouldnt give me his name to the boss Tammy who never did return my call, this company could kill someone with their complacency. Even with a referral from your doctor, if Corner Home doesnt feel like taking care of you, apparently they dont hold any responsibility to do so. We never received one call from this company to set up for much needed oxygen supply. all contact was initiated by us. Terrible way to do business.

Tashea was informative and assured me that they could make sure my needs would be met with the machine and mask that she assisted me in choosing. Very disappointing experienceI would not recommendVery poor customer service.Yes your power was out but any suggestion from me was met with such rudeness.You say you want to service my medical supply needs in the future but you have not even acknowledged how horrible your staff was. I asked if they could call the other store and verify my information, distribute my supplies and email me the information. You would have thought I asked them to cut off their arm. After insisting and pushing it, they finally did what I requested.Its called customer service.When I tried to get documentation of my purchase a week later, the woman yawned loudly on the phone twice and told me it could be several weeks to get it. I called back a week later and the information was sent to me immediately.Im not sure why you would think I would return to your establishment.If you want to discuss this feel free to call me but dont publicly defend such horrible service.

Cannot get through by phone to the Golden Valley store where I purchased my equipment. Instead I am on hold for more than twenty minutes, with no answer and if they do answer then I am to talk with someone is who is not at the store and cant find my records. Now I have no choice but to drive a half hour just to ask a simple question. This is the WORST customer service I have experienced in decades, the WORST.

I went into the Corner Medical Store to purchase a new mask for my CPAP machine at the Golden Valley location on Saturday, 2/8 around 9:30 AM. I attempted to use my HSA card to complete the transaction. I knew there was only $143.27 in my HSA and that I would need to use cash or my debit card to cover the rest of the transaction. However, the person working said my card was declined.I said that was okay and would use my WF debit card for the purchase instead. The next day, I realized that both the HSA transaction, as well as the Wells Fargo transaction were processed. Ive attached screenshots from my accounts, showing both transactions were processed.Ive attempted to call the store to have them correct this. Ive tried several times, but one has returned my call or voicemails since trying to reach them.Im asking that one of these transactions are refunded, since I was charged twice. Even with my receipt and screenshots of the double transactions, both card information - no one is able to call me back or issue a refund.This wasn’t first experience at this store and I don’t be coming back.

Was received with a sneer & sigh African American woman seemed bothered, why be there then? Doesnt person in charge of that location see her attitude? All the desks are within close proximity! People avoid this store location & company! Sad they are still open, never again. I am in need of two braces and last thing I needed was that treatment, we as customers dont go for fun, were in need of understanding and assistance with medical supplies to get back to our norm, she is so rude & in the wrong profession.

Not only are those who work here pretty awful at customer service, but they dont seem to care at all or place any value on their customers time.I had an appointment today which has been set for over a week. I canceled another engagement, left work early, and raced over to get there on time. I was then told that they didnt have some of the red tape paperwork they needed to give me the equipment I need. I received no apology, no compassion, and no kindness.When I called to make the appointment in the first place, the person I spoke to said we were all set, they had what they needed, and Id just have to come in for a fitting (supposed to be todays appt).This is not the first time something like this has happened with them, and this is the second location.Employees either dont have the knowledge necessary to assist patients properly, or they just dont care. Either way, I suggest going elsewhere for your medical supply needs.

I will echo everyones comments about the horrible customer service. I dropped off an order on Friday and was told it might be ready that day or Saturday. I called back Saturday and was told they didnt have an order in the system for me and the person I was working with wasnt working that day.I called back on Monday for an update and was told they were busy and they would get back to me. Well they are closed now and still no update. Im going back Tuesday to pick up my paperwork and find another store.Stay away from this place is the final verdict!!

I was happy they had my breast pump (spectra S1) in stock. Customer service here has been so-so, I had to call back many times to check the status of my insurance and prescription when every time they said that someone was going to be following up with me. Not once did I ever get a call from them and I probably called them 4 or 5 times for each step of the way. It wasn’t like I was being impatient, every time I called they did have the info and were ready to go onto the next step, but just didn’t call me. If you say someone will call... please call! If you want me to do the follow up just say please call back in 2 days.

Worst customer service Ive ever encountered, the black lady was dismissive & just awful & after I call back to bring it to their attention, Im asked for my name/number & told the store mgr. will call me back, still waiting. I waited to get a phone call before I posted a review. I also called & spoke to my physician who had just sent me there to tell her to consider another supply chain. I was lied to as I found out after I called back, the product I needed was available & could be ordered. That black lady assumed I couldnt afford it & sent me on my way, funny how she so quickly made assumptions or was plain lazy to help us out & do her job, smh. Either way what an inept store/location. Shame on Corner Home Medical in Golden Valley. Walgreens helped me that afternoon.

I was treated rudely, told he needed case notes to purchase a walker with insurance. I informed him of HIPAA laws and he argued with me. He lied about medicare reimbursement for walkers. Very unsatisfied customer

I got a brand new wheelchair to start with then it broke I called the store they sent out a delivery guy with a used broke n down chair the tires had cracks in it I called the store back and said my want my old one back and why dont I get a new one they sent back my old one and took there used junk out I said now what I gotta get it fixed else where they said ya you can do that then a week later a delivery guy call me and said I am checking in to it I will call you back I said what every I am calling the insurance company and telling them what is happening here OK he said so now lets see what happens they billed the insurance company for new stuff and then replace it with junk dont go to this place I cant even get around because I still have a broken chair
