Awesome store, lots of stuff to look at even though theyre sold out of many items. Organization of products is a bit tricky at first but after asking the employees it was a lot easier to navigate through the different discs. Aisles are a bit narrow but it wasnt crowded when I went, a weekday around 11am. Definitely the local go to store if you want to buy some discs.

Over the last two years, I have placed several online orders with GGGT. They have a great selection of products online and their website is easy to navigate. They have always processed my orders quickly and ship directly to me in NC within a few days. Any issues Ive had they have always taken care of immediately or refunded my money.

The in person store is great. Largest selection of disc golf equipment in the state. Fair prices and lots of x-outs/2nds if you are looking to save a little dough. Their online store does not include pictures of the discs though, so its tough to want to shop the online store.

Over 200% mark up on new d line p2s on day one. 13.99 on discmanias website, 39.99 on G3t & you dont even get to see the discs youre buying. The biggest markup Ive seen anywhere else so far is 15.99. Theres clearly no consideration here for the end users beyond what goes into their bank. Might want to consider sticking to eBay with that level of blatant scalpetry. Yes, GGGT has a wide selection of discs, bags, accessories and the rest, but what really makes this business great is the customer service. Whether shopping online or in person every employee Ive interacted with has gone above and beyond. Im not sure how a company creates such a obviously customer-driven culture, but GGGT has aced it!

Awesome people makes a good business. Good business means they sell alot. Theres a disc shortage, its not for lack of trying. Manufacturers cant get them out fast enough.If you have an issue do your research on similar discs.RIP my 3rd lost thrasher this year.

Used these guys exclusively for years because i would order something and get it 24-48 hours later, and their customer service was fantastic.well, the customer service is still polite, but that is it. efficiency has gone way backwards. this most recent order (and likely my last) took 4 days before it even shipped, and likely would have taken longer had i not called them to find out what was up.*****this happened****their website mentions they have a product in stock, so i order it, but in reality, while processing the order, they find that they do not have the item in stock.on day 3 (since order placed) i email them asking if order has shipped yet....crickets.i call them on day 4 (since order placed) and ask about order only to be told that the color i ordered was not available and that was delaying the shipment.i mention that it is odd that this couldnt have been passed along to me in a 2 minute phone call at the time they noticed the discrepancy, then we could have figure it out and package goes out that day.dudes response.... well i guess it got forgotten in the hustle of the weekendGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!i also mention that i NEED the item the next (5th) day and that i ordered 4 days ago because history with them has shown that getting something within 5 days is usually not an issue to which the response was it will go out todayhere i am on the 7th day since i placed the order, fuming that a company i once relied on to excel has become the same as every other company out there, only worse.the admission that they forgot about my order so they could weekend and not remedying their mistake by not expediting the order has cost them a loyal customer.i heard disc store is fantastic.

Great service and prices... We were in the area from out of town and called them around noon to see if there was any chance of placing an online order and picking it up while there, even though it was only a few hours until closed at 3pm... Not only did they guarantee to have it ready by 2pm, they called us at 1pm and had everything ready to pickup. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be stopping by next time we are in the area.

I’ll give them two stars just because this is exclusively a digital issue, I haven’t had issues in store.I’ve been trying to get a color swapped on a putter for months and they’ve just stopped emailing me back. I’ve been sharing all the information I’ve assumed they’ve needed and haven’t had my issue fixed. Ordered a basket at a deeply discounted price through Amazon thinking it may have been a close out. It turns out that it was a pricing mistake and the order was canceled. Totally fair. I still wanted to purchase a basket though so I called and politely asked if they could maybe offer some credit toward a purchase with them due to the mistake and the person I got on the phone was pretty sarcastic saying things like “Yeah I’m sure you were looking forward to getting it for a ridiculous price.” and to my request, “Why? For offering a basket at that price?” I’m sure they’re not a bad company, I just had a bad experience with whoever took my call.

He sent out the new parts the same day along with a return mailer for the old parts all free of charge. I ordered two Roach putters. I listed white as my primary color of choice and blue and purple as backup colors. GGGT sent me two white Roaches, one with a blue stamp and one with a purple stamp. Plus, the shipping was insanely fast. What more could I ask for?

I wanted to write a review after my amazing experience with G3Ts customer service. I recently got into disc golf due to the pandemic. I decided to get my own discs after borrowing from my friends for some time. One of the fears of online ordering is that you might not get what you were hoping for. Especially with discs where you can select the weight, color, and plastic type. I ordered seven discs and I asked to do curbside pick up. First off, their turnaround for orders is super fast! I received a phone call saying my order was ready after a few days. Once I got the discs, I saw that I didnt like some of them due to the feel of the plastic or the look of the disc. I called and asked to exchange for some other discs. They were very helpful with the entire process. When I got to the parking lot, the cashier (Im sorry I dont know his name) was so helpful in allowing me to pick what discs I wanted over the phone. I got to pick out the weight and the color of my new discs. Now I am happily stocked with discs and ready to go throw! G3T just got a lifelong customer in me! THANK YOU!

Saw several discs I wanted to buy on their eBay site and wanted to support them directly so called in to make sure they would fulfill the color requests for the disc I wanted to purchase if I bought from their website instead of eBay. Told them specifically that I would purchase off ebay if this was not possible. Was told by their employee they would make sure to pick my desired discs in the morning and I would be perfectly fine placing the order with them instead of ebay.As soon as I hang I place the order confident I would receive the correct order. After not receiving a shipping confirmation or a call or email about them not fulfilling the order I called back and was told they had since sold the discs that I was promised, on ebay. Even though they were available when I purchased them and the employee ensured that I would receive them.Very unhappy with the process and felt like I was deceived and they definitely prioritized their ebay store over their website. I would have been fine purchasing through ebay had I known thats the only way to actually get the disc you want. Had to call them to get a refund.

Great little shop for anything disc golf! Ive made several orders from them, and I am always pleased. The employees are all very helpful and knowledgeable, and most of the time super friendly. (I called once during an off-day for one of the employees, and he was pretty short with me. However, they have been very busy lately, especially with covid-19, and he still answered my questions and got me what I wanted.) The other times Ive called, Ive been treated wonderfully by people who seem happy to help.G3T has also been incredibly helpful with online orders and ensuring that people get what they want--since people currently cant physically enter the store. They are happy to walk through your order and answer any questions! Thus, theyve made online shopping for discs a breeze.They fulfill orders as fast as possible, and are quick at getting back over email to fix any mistakes.On one of my bigger orders, they even threw in a free G3T 25th anniversary star destroyer!Overall: even at their worst, theyre still pretty good. This is definitely my go-to shop for all things disc golf, and it should be yours too.

I ordered a disc from them that I have been searching for over the past several months. It has been out of stock every where but they apparently had one in stock. However, after a week and an e-mail inquiry, nothing had been shipped. I ordered other discs from Infinite Disc the same day and got them less then a week from time of ordered. So, I reached out to them again via e-mail but then I decided to call. They looked up my order and searched the recent Discraft shipment but my disc was not included. They were unable to tell me when they would be getting it in. So, cancelled my order. Now, I understand that there may be a hiccup in the on-line store but to have previously reached out about my order and not get a single response is unacceptable. Had I not call then what? Would I have ever received a response back or a notification of an issue with my order? Dont know but all I have to go off of is my current customer experience which I currently give the FINGER.

Ordered some stuff from them recently. They only did a partial shipment even though it showed everything was in stock. Tried contacting them via email several times to ask about the missing item but no response.Update (8/19/2020):Gave them a call and they were very friendly. Had actually refunded me the money for the out of stock item but no notification of the refund. It looks like a newbie didnt check the right box when issuing the refund.

Such a great store. Ive been there probably a dozen times and theyre always super nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. The amount and variety of discs is amazing. Theres a ton of bags, apparel, used discs. Theres a practice pin outside and a scale on the counter... Ive also ordered online and had no issues.

Absolutely phenomenal shop. I have been tossing since 2003 and this is the best shop I have done business with. The physical shop is intimidating because the selection is so large. Thats ok though because the crew is super knowledgeable and friendly - they can answer all your questions and give you more suggestions than you can shake a stick at. There online store is also superb. Its easy to navigate, and the selection process is really nice. You can pick weights and colors with ease. AND the shipping is hella quick. I had one issue once. I called them and they were great about it; I had my discs on my doorstep the next morning. Even with all this above-and-beyond service, their prices cant be beat. They are typically cheaper than direct from the manufacturer. The have Amazon beat by miles. Cannot recommend enough.

Man, this company is utter garbage. We spent $150 with them on a disc catcher and they never sent it, dont answer their phones, dont call back, dont respond through Amazon, and dont reply to emails.The disc golf community is still pretty small. Definitely going all out to make sure everyone I know wont ever order from them.

I recently purchased a disc from Amazon and Gotta Go was the third party shipping the disc. When received I was not happy with discs appearance and color. I emailed Gotta Go Gotta Throw and asked for a different disc. They sent an email back that was argumentative and didnt just say... Sure send it back and we will send you something you would like better but instead I sent back the disc and they refunded me only a portion on the purchase price instead of sending me a different disc. What a disappointment. This could have easily been a 5 star review if they would have just been nice and send me the disc I wanted and not charged the customer return shipping.

But when I put notes in saying disc color this or that and to contact me if its not available, I expect a call instead of having to call your team to figure it out. Infinitediscs.com and naileditdiscolf.com have a 50x better website than GTGT.Why isnt there an option to pick-up in store? Why do I need to go through shipping process and then have to call you guys to cancel shipping so I can pick-up in store? Also, if I call you and cancel shipping, make sure you refund my money. Me and a few other disc golfers have to stay on top of you guys to make sure the shipping refund is processed.Why do you not have inventory listed by weight and color, so I know what Im buying. Im color blind and when you fill my order with purple and blue, I cant find those discs on the course.Get a better website. List inventory by color and weight. Have an option to pick-up in store when purchasing, instead of having to call you to cancel shipment and hope you refund it.Your prices are great but your attention to detail needs work.Honestly, you guys are the best disc golf distributor in Minnesota, but you really gotta step up your game with your website. I ordered a disc basket from this company Gatta Go Gatta Throw over a month ago and have yet to receive my item. After multiple attemps of calling, leaving voicemails, and emailing, I have yet to hear back from anyone. I would just like to know the status of my order since it is quite an expensive purchase. When you call their phone number listed it automatically gets forwarded to a voicemail.

Drove over with friends from out of town. only to be greeted by a sign telling me to go online and they will ship product despite worker watching YouTube videos in the window. Very unprofessional. Anyone who is looking to get hands on plastic, from starter to advanced, and do it all at pricing that competes with online, should go here!There is even a practice basket outside, where you can reinforce your belief that “Buying that disc really was the best decision of your day” and is “sure to take your game to the next level!”The only word of caution I have is that if you have a propensity for overspending your disc golf budget, like I may or may not have… then you should go here with only cash to make sure you don’t spend the mortgage money on a new bag! :-)Nuff said. I ordered an Innova bag and one disc. The shipping was quick, and the bag was perfect! Although I made a mistake when ordering the disc by choosing the “Substitution OK - Go Lighter” option and was sent a disc that was much lighter, the owner contacted me individually and went above and beyond to make things right. When choosing this option, keep in mind that whoever fills the order could potentially go down 10-20 grams than what you selected as your range. If you want a specific range, be sure to choose the “No Substitutions” option. Great quality paired with great customer, so I will definitely be a return buyer.

This is a great store; they have everything and the employees are very helpful. But their pricing is a disaster; the online prices are much lower than the posted prices in the store. If you dont mention the online pricing you will likely get charged the higher price. The last time I was in I asked for the online price and was told I cant have it as the online prices were going up to match those in the store. Of course I checked a week later and the online prices didnt change. Probably the last 5x I was in the store I was overcharged, even by the owner a couple times. If I do buy anything there again, Ill order it online and select the store pick up option. I love going in there and looking at the discs, but there shouldnt be an additional cost if a customer actually wants to go into the store and shop. If anything it should be the other way around so people want to actually visit the location.

Gentlemen there were super helpful and friendly. I worked with them in explaining how I play and even though Im rather new to the game as a whole, they took the time to explain things at my level. They showed me the disks I was told to look for and made very unbiased recommendations based off how I knew I was throwing. Absolutely worth the drive from anywhere in the cities. Just ask for some help, and youll receive a personalized experience!

This is the main place if you ever want to get discs. My friend introduced me to this location. This place was heaven, the employees were very helpful and awesome to help me find discs at a great price. Next time Im going to get a basket and this is always the 1st place Im going to.

If you play disc golf at all this is the only place you should go for anything. I have never found better prices anywhere else even online. they have every disc in every style and every color for half the price of most places. there are plenty of clearance and very cheap discs for people starting out or rough areas where you plan to lose your disc. staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Purchased a basket here for a Christmas gift and had a good experience other than that they tried to get me to trade my purse, with everything in it, to some random sales clerk in exchange for a playing card. I understand this is a shoplifting precaution but if the guy at the register doesnt trust me not to steal a disc, Im not gonna trust him with a smart phone, my wallet and cash. Best brick and mortar store for new discs. Everytime I come here it seems like they carry new discs and new manufacturer brands. Great if you like a specific disc and want to dig through 15+ to find the right weight and color.
