Theres signs everywhere directing you where to go. Everyone loading out of here must go get their trailer inspected. Make sure to sweep out your trailer and slide your tandems to the rear before pulling up to the inspection area. They have plenty of space for you to do this. Loading can take awhile, I dont meet many people that get out of here in under 2-3 hours. Make sure to use the bathroom and eat before arriving here and be ready to hang around in your truck.
When I pulled up there was a line of trucks and I thought we were gonna be stuck there all day. But that was not the case,I was in and out in less than 2 hours. These guys were fast and organized.
Overall, this place could be worse and I have been worse places. Had some bad experiences here though. Theyre generally not very communicative to the driver. Last time I was there they called me company to move up my delivery to ASAP, so I showed up two hours early and explained the situation, the guy said well were still not taking you and made me park until 30 minutes before my original appointment, when there was a line of trucks. Didnt end up docking until after my original appointment time. Guess they didnt want that delivery so bad after all. Wasted my time.
After checking in you get your trailer inspected, then you go to a lot to park so they can escort you to your dock door. Appt was at 930, got there right on time after i parked they came and got me 10 min later to get my door. Loaded me in about an hour. Whole process took under 3 hours & employees were nice from beginning to finish. Beautiful view & no complaints
Had a 7:00 Am appointment checked in at 5:30 am and I’m still waiting for a dock door an hour and a half past appointment time. Absolutely no contact from anyone in the company, why make an appointment and have the drivers sitting around all day. NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN PLACE IS USELESS. Still waiting on the dock assignment and it’s now 3 hrs past appointment time.
Always in and out here, appointment at 0800 in door 0730 out of door 0845 (unloading) drop and hooks are just as easy, waiting on the person working the scale to get your weight takes about 3-5 minutes depending on the day always in and out in under 2 hours. Bad reviews here are because people show up late for delivery’s they no longer accept after a certain time, and don’t accept loads later than a few minutes! Communication and a good attitude goes a long way when delivering here.
Worst brewery ive ever picked up at. 2 days ago it took 1 hour just sitting in line for trailer inspection. Now here I am 2 days later. 3 hours in line and counting for a simple trailer inspection. It should take 10 minutes. Never have I been to a place that took this long for an inspection. Mind you I havent even got to check in yet. This is absurd! No respect for drivers here. If your considering picking up a load here DONT. And oh yeah theres still 40 trucks in front of me. This is 3 lines with at least 15 trucks in each one. Pathetic.
If it’s your first time here there is no signs telling you what to do. So when u pull in go to the gard house he takes your info then take first left go past the docks at the end of the building to they check your trailer an give you a door
I’m writing this review for those drivers who go to RMMC shipping. Imagine that bold guy all day telling drivers to go back put the vest on,and speaks in the most nasty way,and everything else he speaks is rude,I get it it’s a policy but u can say it in a different way. If u can’t work with people u shouldn’t be on this position, guys like that ruin your day. And this one for entry gate: In the morning the guard is cool at night like an ss officer:- I need to see your license! Rude and unhappy.
Dont do it!! Truck drivers, if youre an OO dont book any loads from Coors, Golden, Colorado. They dont pay anything anyway. You will have 1.5 hours wait in line. Then, you have to drop your empty, find and pick up your loaded. Weigh your loaded. If its good, park, secure the load, and go retrieve your paperwork. If youre over weight, well, good luck. Youre looking at another hour. My advise, if you do choose to go there. Be in the yard, ready to go at 0500. I spent 6 hours there today!! I got there at 0800. It was a little after 1400 when I got going on the highway. Horrible!! Never again!
I went 2 hours early. Had to wait till time of appt for trailer inspection. They have a place for you to park, but not over night. Went bk to inspection from there went to holding lot. Approx 20 minutes later, yard driver came and I followed him to off site loading dock, approx 1 hour later yard driver came i followed him to scales. Load scaled on point. Parked went inside. Paper work was waiting.Dont follow GPS after you get off on McIntyre dr. Miller/Coors have colored direction signs to follow. Once you get to inspection site slide tandems all the way to rear and open doors, then pull forward and stop at guard shack for inspection.Being my first time there, it was a pleasant experience. Everyone working there is super nice and very friendly 😊 👌.
I was nervous after reading a lot of bad reviews here, but happy to report that all went smooth. Apt was 1800, arrived at 1630. Showed CDL, got in line of 5 trucks for trailer inspection, went to H Lot and was told someone would be down shortly. Parked, and in about 15 minutes a hostler came up, had me follow him to my door. Loading took about 1 and a half hours. Hostler came back when truck was loaded, I followed him to scale, and slid tandems. Weights were perfect! Parked, took in the seal and got my paperwork. Left at 1945. ✅
Trailer inspections some times takes them a bit other than that cool spot to pick up a load of beer from!
To start off this is very unorganized. This was my first time there and I followed the signs to trailer inspection which took over an hour. Depending on the inspector it was either a 2 minute inspection or took 15 minutes to get through. After they tell you to drop the trailer. When I asked where they said in the empty lot, follow the signs. I asked where to go after and they said I pick up my loaded trailer. Once again I ask where and they said follow the signs. I leave the inspection area and start driving out and there is no sign pointing to the empty lot. I sit for a few minutes and finally a yard dog comes by and directs me. I pull into the empty lot and it is very tight. I had to pull forward at least 10 times to get the trailer fully into the spot. I the leave and there is no sign for the loaded trailer lot. I drive around for 10 minutes before I find it. (The lot is on the left when you first enter and the entrance is to the left before you make the right for trailer inspection). I drive around the yard another 10 minutes looking for my trailer then follow another truck picking up a loaded to the scale where they finally have instructions again. Seriously if they arent going to tell you where to go they need signs just saying This way to empty lot, This way to loaded Scale after picking up loaded. 3 signs and it would have been so much easier not to mention taking nearly 2 hours for a drop and hook is ridiculous.
Had appointment to be live loaded at 1pm. After loading went to weigh and was way over on my drives so had to wait 5 hours to get reworked only to still be over for a second time and had get re reworked. In all it took about 12 hours for me to get out of there. Ate up my clock.
Very friendly folks here, very well organized, especially if your doing a drop and hook. But with the millions they make every year in profits. You’d think they could afford to pave the drop lots. The triangle lot has craters in it you could fish out of. The loaded lot isn’t much better.
Try to avoid this company. Or just relax and enjoy your line 3-4hours to check in and another 2-3 hours to get loaded. And don’t mess around with yard drivers they better than you😁
One star because they had nice employees, however the loading procedure needs major improvement. We sat for 5+ hours waiting for our trailer to be loaded and returned to us. Only to find out it had been loaded and put in the drop lot but we were never informed. I finally located it myself.
Why they got three stars was the line to get checked in was long and seemed like they were taking their sweet time they did off load me pretty fast and about an hour but leaving was a little bit confusing because you didnt know if you had to go over the scale or not so yeah but otherwise not bad
Plan on spending 3+ hrs in line waiting for empty trailer inspection. So much for easy drop & hook. Can not fathom what takes them so long to inspect a trailer. Backed all the way around to the street.
Was here in January and sat for 5 days waiting for my trailer of pallets to get unloaded.Last week they put the wrong load on a live load and tried to tell me that load went with that trailer except I brought the trailer.Today they put 39000 on my drives so again I have to go to dock 4 to get it reworked.The lines have been so long it’s taking 3 hours to drop a load of pallets then go get an empty and back in line for another 3 hours. This place used to do better.

There are always issues with pickups. Either broker or shipper mess up with appointments. Out of 10 times being here, 9 times I was turned out and had to wait 24+ hours for rescheduling.
It took 4.75 hrs to load. What a joke. People are nice. But come on. Do your job!!!

When you make the turn onto the service road follow all the signs and bypass the first shack. Make a right and get in line. Open your doors and slide your tandems prior to inspection. Your trailer must be clean and have no holes. The have an axle scale on site. you will scale prior to receiving your bills.
This place is not that good to pickup a load from. They took five hours to load me. they also have a confusing checkin and check out process here. Also, beware and make sure your trailer is very clean. There’s a crochety old man there who will refuse your trailer on a whim. So keep that in mind when coming here. I “might” come back here again.
Super busy today. Over 35 trucks in line to get inspected. They had extra staff on hand so it went fairly smooth. Everyone was friendly and professional, even with the stress. Well done.

Yard workers here leave trailers a foot to high, hope you like cranking 40k lbs to the right height.
If you go in to get a load and theres something wrong with it youre going to be there for awhile. They nose loaded mine today and it cost me five hours. Your time is not important to these people.
I wish I could give it more stars but security is polite and fast check in. I docked got my computer out next thing I know they are already done. Fastest in and out time Ive seen. That is very appreciated considering we are not making money and it kills driving time. Wish all my loads went here.
Got there at 11pm on Sunday and by 12am I was already at the doc and loaded by 2am,just follow the instructions and it will be a easy process.yes its really slow to get the trailer inspected,but didnt bother me at all.
This place make me have a migraine. Appt at 9:30pm arrived at 8:45pm. Wait a hour and half for Strick trailer inspection and safety vest, my trailer is spotless clean and swept. But they told me no dock available came back at 3am, the street parking is full and I cant allow stage at the lot either, basically they told me to f off and find a place to park for 6 hours at midnight . Why wait 6 hour just for a door ? I dont know. Do I get detention pay? I dont know. Do they care ? I dont think so. Good luck for yall.
I don’t know why all the bad reviews,,Everyone is nice, I always arrived 1/2 - 1 hr before appointment time ..And out off there in less than 2 hrs .I consider that extremely quick for this type of warehouse ..Great job Golden 👍
I do not recommend coming here. Here you can update the cycle. very long loading. the queue for the inspection of the trailer takes at least an hour.
Never skip trailer inspection and only go to the 2nd line formation if people are already in it or the inspectors tell you to (otherwise you will more than likely get cussed by other drivers and the inspectors may send you to the end of the line). Easy to deal with for drop and hook especially with scale on site. Time for live loading cans is usually not awful either.
Worst company. Takes too much time. Some staff dont know their work.Asked me to back to dock and after unloading 2 pallets they loaded them back and asked to to check in again. Again in queue, and finally dropped and quit.This time have waited to load for 3 hours and still in queue.No early check in.
Worse shipper ever in my life, this is harassment for drivers holding 10-12 hours for loading, why do you ordered a truck if you don’t have door or product somebody need to get fired .
The most disorganized and dirtiest place Ive ever seen. For one hour I stood in line to inspect the trailer, then they loaded for 3 hours, after the scales I saw an overweight on the drive axle of 750 lb. They told me that it was not their fault, I had to wait until they had time to correct the overweight. I waited another 4 hours, then I left, because no one could answer me how long to wait. It took me 7 hours to get the cargo.
Too busy. Please don’t come here. My appointment was 16.00. I came at 15.00. And i have to wait 3 hrs for checkin. I got check in at 18.02. Vry long 3 lines for checkin. If u are coming, come 2-3 hrs before appointment.
Its on McIntire right off 58 in Golden, dont go to 32nd street. The distribution center is where you pick up the Colorado Koolaide, its a can of Coors, its brewed from a mountain stream, it will set your head on fire, and make your kidneys scream. Good Stuff.
Slow and inefficient personnel.Had to check in twice, first time they told me you are early 4 pm and i am checking 4:20 pm per broker appt time. Molo Solutions.Second time i had to check in 4 :55 pm and trailer rejected and yes trailer has not be rejected never before.Time wasted and lesson learned, never again will go to load in here.
Trucker here. They had my trailer pre-loaded, with the weight properly distributed to bring to California. I weighed with tandems at 40 mark and am well within axle weight requirements for California.

The place is ok but they dont have a very good loading sistem. You need to drop the trailer for loading and they have a designated truck parking. After loading they bring the trailer in that parking and drop them anywhere they want and leave. You dont know when they bring your trailer, they dont tell you anything. You cant relax by the time you are waiting because you have to look for your trailer around.
Horrible place, check in takes 2 hours, got loaded after a few hours, overweight of course, waiting for reaload 4 hours allready, so you can spend here all day.... owner i hope you read this and go jump off a cliff ... the worst place ever ...

I had a pickup from RMMC and I had to go through trailer inspection and waited in the line for almost 2hr and then got my trailer inspected after inspection the lady told me where to go and I went to RMMC the guys in the chech-in office was so rude told me to head back to the trailer inspection and ask them for a paper and did that but it cost me to re inspect my trailer and waited for another 2hr and 45 minutes in the line. It was so unprofessional for the inspection guys who made me to wait in line twice.
This place sux!!! Dropped my trailer yesterday. They they said it would be two or three hours. Came back the next morning, 14 hours later. And it was still loaded!!!
I had appointment at 2 o clock and waited in line for 1 hour. When I got to the security booth they told me my appointment passed and I have to reschedule. I call broker and they tell me to go back at 8. I than get call from broker who said he talked to them and to go back up there. I go back and they tell me I still have to wait till 8. I will never go back to this place.
Got right in and loaded with in the hour . They also have a certified scale before you get paperwork and leave.
When you go past the scale first drive turn right then make another right get in line for a trailer inspection make sure tandems are to the rear one door is open be patient be very patient if your pickup is at night security is very very slow make sure nothing is in the trailer or you will have to clean it out and come back If I could give this place a no star I would thank goodness mine was clean others not so lucky
Been here a dozen times. The process is a bit tedious. But, not totally unreasonable. The yard work is under a new vendor. The incoming inspection is slow. The outgoing is worse. Longest lines ever, here. Shipping office (paperwork) is the only bright spot. Grabbing my load was the worst. Hostler parked the trailer 6 high with a 43000# load. No excuse and is just vindictive. Should be a negative 2 stars.5-9-21Another d&h. The trailer inspection is nuts. Got there with 1.5 lines at incoming. Wait was not too bad. Got my hook and headed out. On leaving noted there were 3 lines in inspection yard. PLUS, the line continued all the way out to the main road and then some. Hope they get it worked out.

This is a logistical nightmare for a driver and could be a possible OSHA questionable situation, too.The checkin process is reasonable, but after that it is a nightmare. Finding the proper lot to drop your trailer is a hunt and hunt again. Just general verbal directions are given. Then, you must go to another location to hunt down your loaded trailer. It is like an Easter Egg hunt. Then once found you must unsealed the trailer to secure the load. There is no area provided to safely do so. I saw a driver slip as he was trying to climb into his trailer.Just an all around waste of a drivers time.

I will not come here again, first you have to form in a long line to be inspected the trailer, (I had to wait approximately 1 hour), then you will go to RMMC, you will form again in another line until you reach the front and then you can go to check in (another hour waiting) later, you go to the back and wait until someone comes for you and they tell you at which door they are going to load you ... ran out of 6 hours ...
Need to speed up the check in process. 30 or more trucks wait during the noon hours. Ridiculous!!!

How do u give no stars? If u are a large carrier I suppose its not so bad. If you have trailers already sitting here to load. Im not a large carrier, they have had my trailer for 24hrs and it should have been loaded in 6.

*DELIVERY/UNLOAD. Yes, it takes a little while to get checked in. I got here a little too early and the receiving guy was a little bit behind so I had to go back around and do the waiting line again. But you won’t find nicer people. And I was still out of here an hour and a half after my appointment time.
Always like coming here, the employees are always nice. And the love our Alaskan malamute zeus. They give him treats every time we come here.
Line at check in was long and moved at a turtles pace but, at least it moved. People are friendly here for the most part and informative. My issue is with their port a potties. We used to be able to use the facilities inside but thanks to Rona virus we are forced to use the port a potties. Upon stepping into one I found myself in a poop filled box with human waste covering the entire seating area. Seriously if you are going to have us use the port a potties, get someone to clean them up. We are not animals.

Last night the rejected my load because they slow and and they cause me to be late they it was their fault so we had to resquale the load for this morning also I ask them why they where slow an they said they did not any fork lift drivers to unload the trl and it was not my fault this happens this sucks

Were going to take your trailer sometime and load it sometime and bring it back sometime and were not going to communicate with you.
Make sure trailer in clean and in good condition..don’t check in at first shack you see by scale.continue to stop sign make a right follow signs but stay to right to get in line. Get inspection done and door number. 1 hour load time..strap up or load bar before heading to office for paperwork. Which is on other side of said guard shack earlier. Then head to guard shack for weights and ticket and all done ready to roll. Nice girls at shack and office 👌🏾

I have revised this,, in the end it took 5 hrs to load, my 1st time there but am told by other drivers that is average at that facility. Detention was approved and the load was well balanced, could have been faster but otherwise acceptable.
My experience. First of all : doing a hot load( delivery) for this company (it was hot so they was waiting for me, and I bet that appointment was missed) . Even so. It took them from checking to check out around 5-6 hours. Kinda slow . I stayed overnight on the property, and it was another 3-4 truck there as well. Nobody bothered.
This review ONLY applies to the shipping and receiving office for the “CAN” facility. EVERY OTHER AREA in the multiple times that I have been to this plant, all of the employees that I have dealt with have been very courteous, helpful and professional and deserve a 5 STAR review.... I went to the CAN facility on a recent Sunday and the man working the window was extremely rude and unprofessional. He talks to people like he’s a drill sergeant. Totally uncalled for.
Slow af 2 pm appt I got there at noon left at 8 thanks for wasting my day.
Nothing like wasting 4 hours because the geniuses dropped a loaded trailer in a bobtail only area instead of where it belonged.
Very unorganized on wither they want to unload you or not. Order product in they need to be able to receive it.
