We have used Impressions for many years for carpet cleaning, carpet stretching and upholstery cleaning. This is a local, family owned business that goes above and beyond what is asked of them. This company has pride in their work and does a really good job.

The team did an amazing job on my travertine floors. It was a large area to clean and they took the time and energy to clean and create a new look to our floor. The were knowledgeable and did a great job answering all my questions. They were respectful and took precautions for Covid 19, during the whole cleaning process. Very impressive. I will have them back to clean my carpets.

I’ve used Impressions’ services for many years and couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work and products. It is a pleasure dealing with their people for carpet cleaning and installation. I’ve recommended this company to numerous friends. I will soon be moving and can only hope I’m able to find a company like theirs in my new state. BTW... I noticed that there appears to be another company in Denver called Impression Carpet Cleaning. I know nothing about them but I DO know Impressions Carpet & Hardwoods is a wonderful company. Impressions Carpet and Hardwoods put my hardwoods in my living room and did a great job. They also replaced my carpets in my bedrooms and I could not be happier with their knowledge, pricing, and work ethic. When my carpets were cleaned the technician found a ring I had lost months ago. When I returned home after he had finished he returned the ring to me. They are honest people and I highly recommend them.

Impressions took the carpet up and revealed our hardwood floors. They refinished them. They also send reminders on cleaning. Based on how good of service they did on the floors, we tried them for carpet cleaning. Great! I would suggest people give them a try. The customer service is also a great asset.

Excellent service and work. First, the woman that I spoke to when I called was very kind and helpful. She gave me some ballpark prices for the work I needed done and I was able to schedule an appointment within a week of my call. Chris arrived on time and gave me specific prices after looking at my furniture and rug. The prices were extremely reasonable. I would have paid more. He got started right away and was done in no time. My furniture is about 12 years old and had never been cleaned. It was pretty dirty and now the fabric looks nearly new again. I was very impressed. I would absolutely use Impressions again. I am trying to think of something critical to say but cant come up with anything. I am completely satisfied by every aspect of my experience with them.

I have been using Impressions for all our carpet cleaning needs for almost 10 years now. I originally scheduled them to clean the carpet of a house we were selling. I was worried that the carpet might need to be replaced, but after Impressions worked their magic, we were ready to list! Since that first cleaning, Impressions is the only company I will use to clean the carpets in our home and I have also brought them on to clean the carpet and luxury vinyl tile in the downtown office space where I work. Impressions has been extremely flexible with scheduling to accommodate some tight deadlines we have had in the past and has worked wonders in getting out some tough spills. All the technicians have been courteous, kind, honest, trustworthy, hardworking and took great pride in their work. I could not be happier with the service we receive and Impressions is the only company I will recommend for carpet cleaning.

I called them to get on their schedule to have my carpets done before the holidays, they were able to get me right in and did an excellent job!!! Ive used other places before that left my carpets super wet that took days to dry, but not Impressions; my carpets were dry that night. Tom, Ann, & Chris are all such nice people to work with. I thought I had called Impressions Carpet and Hardwoods. Turned out I got a company called Impression Carpet Cleaning. Huge mistake! When I called today to talk to someone about how terrible the entire experience was, I happened to get Tom. After he kindly listened to me complain about my experience, he helped me to realize that it wasnt his company that had done the work for us. Thank goodness!! Ive used Toms company for several years now and I just couldnt understand why the service had declined. Turns out it was just an imposter company that Id had the misfortune of calling by mistake. Tom was able to get me in the very next day as he knew I had lots of family arriving in three days. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Thank you for letting me vent, being kind and understanding, and taking care of me and helping me out in a desperate situation. Ill always make sure I have Tom or Ann when scheduling in the future!

I just had my carpets cleaned by Impressions and what a beautiful job Dominic did. I had a few pet stains and he removed them completely. From my first phone call to schedule an appointment everyone was so pleasant and nice. Get this. I was given a 10am to 11am time frame for Dominics arrival and he arrived at 9:50am. When does that EVER happen when you hire any worker come to your house. Dominic was so polite. He explained every thing thoroughly and completed the job quickly.In talking with him he told me how happy he was to work for this company. He likes that it is not a huge company and is family owned. He said it is so nice to go to work every day and be with nice owners, bosses and go workers.I will be happy to refer this company and use them again. I like to support smaller business owners instead of huge franchises. Thanks Dominic it was great doing business with you. My carpets are all new again.

I bought beautiful carpets for my new home. We put wool carpets on the stairs and basement because of its superior wear qualities and Stainmaster in the remaining rooms. These carpet gave us great pleasure. After a year it was time for cleaning. Our carpet installer strongly recommend Impressions Capet/Hardwood. Dominic arrived on schedule in a vehicle that was prepared for wool (separate water with an appropriate ph factor to protect the wool from fading) and other water for the Stainmaster carpets. He proceeded to put in the hardest 3 hours of work. He complied with ever step of their patented 12 step cleaning process. I observed on the stairs how he went back and forth at least 3 times across the tread, the riser, and the landing. Lastly he went over all the carpets with a fine rake to lift the nap to aid in drying. It looks like I just had new carpets installed. If you want your carpets to last, keep their warranty, and look like new I strongly recommend Impressions Carpet/Hardwoods. You may save a few dollars with a Splash and Dash outfit but there will be no comparison with to the quality of work.

They installed new carpet for us, cleaned it, polished our hardwood floors and polished our granite countertops! Amazing work and amazing customer service!
