I had my Chevy Silverado serviced at Stevenson Chevy last week. The service team was able to diagnose all the problems and repair them in a timely and efficient manner. My truck runs like its brand new again. Shout out to my service advisor Kirk Heydman for a job well done. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Person who made appointment dropped ball. I told him I wanted my dash and ignition lock set looked at. I explained how far I lived and wanted everything done in one day. He didn’t put any of that in notes. Luckily they had a key in stock, but my dash rattle was not even considered. I would have paid to have it fixed but I will not make another appointment as the shop is over an hour away. Frustrating!!

The service writer was very professional, knowledgeable, and listened to my concerns. The service tech was also very nice and I have never seen a more well dressed and polite tech in my long life. Even the service manager, Gene, came out to say hello. Ill definitely be back and will not go to the GMC dealer down the street ever again.

I was informed today that they are not a wholesale dealership and as such cannot perform as a worthwhile parts department for any body or repair shop.Be aware that orders from this dealership will take weeks to arrive, with no follow through or customer service to be expected. And big thanks to John Elway Chevy for delivering all the parts I needed in one day.

Very disappointed with Fransisco the manager who denied our free oil change. I understand it was valid for one year and we were there a month late. But when a customer spends $50K for a car and you stake your life on a $120 oil change charge, it is not smart business. I was planning to purchase an Equinox from you, but enjoy the $120 as that is all you will get. I will no longer recommend this dealership. It is amount the dollar not the customer

Dont waste your time at their service department, quoted over $1600 for new brakes and rotors. Was told brakes were down to the last 3mm and rotors were warped.....1000% not true. After ordering new parts for under $200 and dismantling the original rotors and breaks, absolutely nothing wrong with them. Dont waste your time. And also....Stevinson Chevrolet, dont take advantage of your female customers, especially ones who know their way around a vehicle (and even bought the car from your dealership). Do better.

My purchase of a 2021 Corvette has been great (except for the long wait of 20 months, which was not Stevinsons fault). When the C-8s were announced, I decided that I wanted one! We had purchased a Toyota Sienna from Stevinson Toyota (across the street) so I called their Chevy dealership. Other dealers were adding thousands of dollars over sticker to buy one but my salesman, Henry Solis, informed me that they would sell it for sticker price. They stuck by their word. Henry was great keeping me informed during my wait and Im now a happy owner of a Red Mist Metallic coupe.

All personnel were professional, the work was efficient and completed in quick time.

The service center was great. Had scheduled an oil change, inspection and tier rotation for my Colorado. I was greeted promptly and the service team member who helped me was professional, knowledgeable and fun to interact with. The waiting area was nice, bright and clean with a surprisingly fast wi-fi! Had to do a little work while I waited for the service team to complete the work and it made the time fly by. They had me outta there in no time.

I have a leaky drivers side headlight. Representative said it is normal and explained it would be documented and noted on the truck. He provided me with documentation, that states, its normal. If it causes a fault or failure, to simply bring it back.

I was in the market for a Silverado 1500 and shopped Stevinson. They did not have the truck I wanted in inventory and offered to order an exact match. I placed the order the third week of January and was told it would probably take until mid April before the truck would be available. The ordering process was convenient and done directly on Chevys web site. In early March I was informed that the truck had been built and would arrive at the dealership in 10-14 days. 8 days later the truck was at the dealership. Everything happened much faster than expected! The truck arrived in the early afternoon and the team at Stevinson (Kevin, Francisco, and Bill) worked very hard to completed the transaction and deliver the truck by the end of the day. The transaction, including a trade could not have been easier. Not only did they give me a fair price on the truck, but were very fair on the trade value as well. When the truck was delivered later in the day, Kevin spent a significant amount of time walking me through the details of the truck. These new GM Silverados are technical marvels and I think we only scratched the surface of the full capabilities. I want to thank Kevin for all his help and for making the process as simple as possible. Overall, this was a great experience.
