Since Im in extreme pain, Im forced to use their services instead of taking elsewhere. I call and get rude people who laugh at me when reporting machines that dont work. The washers were finally fixed after months but dryers need to be run multiple times and still need to hang dry. Most of the time I have to dry some loads 3 times which totals $4.50 to ONLY DRY, without finishing. Its hit or miss when clothes are dried and Ive given up asking for money back which is what Im sure its what they count on. Never receive calls back when speaking with representatives on the phone. 2 years of this. Ill begin my search now for pick up and drop off laundry services which I can not afford.

Excellent customer service. They go above and beyond and are very responsive and continually involved as needed, not just initially. I also like the owner involvement and that I could reach them if needed.

These guys got it all! We have used this company for multiple service calls on many of our larger washer/dryer units that need service or repair and they have never let us down. Always fixed right, in a timely manner, and for the right price! Been working with these guys for appx 10 years. Parts for repairs are available for diy people or a very well qualified techs for all others. Tired of repairing, they have the new equipment the eliminate your repair woes. Family operation that actually cares and is large enough to handle surrounding states.

I have never dealt with a business that denied providing services that they advertised to provide (False advertisement right?) Sketchy company I would advise going elsewhere.
