No Public Restrooms. Im beginning to lose respect for all the gas stations closing their restrooms to the public. At LEAST to paying customers. I drive around the city all day for work and only stop for gas/food/drinks and to go to the bathroom. If you can let people walk around and touch everything and accept their dirty money, then you can let them use the restroom. I wont be spending any money at places that show this kind of hypocrisy anymore.

Last winter, on a wet snowy night I apparently dropped my credit card by the pump. I didn’t realize it til a few days later. I called multiple places trying to retrace my steps, including this Shell station. Lucky for me, one of the employees found it! It was such a relief because I have multiple things that hit that card automatically each month. So thankful for the honest and kind employees here.

The coffee is ALWAYS burnt. All times of the day, the coffee machines read, clean machine/clean filter. The staff response is, Yeah, they supposed to clean it. Also, it is impossible to ask for anything behind the counter without being cut off with, ya got an ID? And the man who likes to announce you credit/debit card has been approved or denied to the entire store, i recommend to lower your voice. It is noones business and you like to yell that throughout the store. Everytime.

I find it absolutely unacceptable that a worker who doesnt have clue about anything hes supposed to do isnt first off being correctly trained and of course no manager on site I cant believe he is running the store alone and cant provide the customer service needed if I would have known that I have to wait until tomorrow to just talk to a manager to get my money I would have gone literally one block away to the other gas station now Im waiting for a manager that should have either a trained professional to do the job thats advertised and expected or been there themselves to handle it because right now an untrained employee is running a day shift and cant even keep up with the level of people let alone be any help with customer service its unprofessional and the website is a joke I cannot contact anybody today about the money I am now owed I would appreciate some customer service at a place that provides it not get told nobody can help me until tomorrow a manager needs to get down there and train that employee correctly or the manager needs to be fired for negligence to his store and customers because I could have gone anywhere and been helped and because of this I have to go back out another needless time to get my money during a pandemic....UNPROFESSIONAL....

People who work here are super friendly always. I prefer Shell gas, and this location almost always has the best prices in town. The only negative is that the place is usually packed and it can be difficult to get in and out.

Typically we love this station but today was the worst.. the angry woman refused to serve my friend and because they didnt have the best encounter she refused to serve my boyfriend or myself and we WERE NOT even in line together. She just happened to see we were in the same vehicle. She was literally yelling at me and was so judgemental and RUDE! Definitely will be going somewhere else.

Horrible gas station always congested with nowhere to park and the employees are lazy and rude

Just like any other Shell gas station for the most part. I bought a coffee from them and looked around inside. Good coffee selection with lots of extras included for free such as flavor shots, creamer machine, and whipped topping. If it wasnt so far, Id by my coffee there regularly.

The dude Jerry the cashier is sooooo cool bro. I just went in and my experience was great every time I come here jerry is so cool. You should give him a raise, no joke. But anyways he was so nice hes so cool, I like going to this gas station because hes there. Hes cool bro.

My husband wanted me to write an awesome review for this company and their staff. He is on his way to his mom’s funeral today. Yesterday his truck had an issue that would not let him get there in time. They did everything and more and got his truck ready to go! He can’t thank youThis company is awesome!

In truth Ive been using this location to fuel up before heading up into the mountains. The location and easy in/out was always the reason.

They have gas and they have food and stuff. Pretty much all you might ask for in a gas station. No complaints

Easy access, busy location all the time! Staff could be friendlier, but seem so busy its almost understandable due to them being rushed. Only complaints are: gas prices seem to always be 1 to 4 cents hirer then neighboring stations and under-staffed horribly!! They need 2 to 3 people ALL THE TIME. ALL SHIFTS.

Decent location, price is good considering that it’s right off the highway.

The worst customer service experience. The clerk with the tattoos has horrid should not be working with the public. Train your incompetent staff!!!

Good quality gas at a good price and no wait.

After several attempts to pump gas, the attendant said they had no idea why it’s not working. They even didn’t know if our credit card will get charged, after the last attempt of prepaid inside. They said they cannot cancel.

I was looking for a 24 gas station when I came across this one at 3 in the morning. When I walked in the drunk looking girl behind the counter asked me how I was paying. I told her cash and she got this look of being upset about it. She then decided to tell me that she cannot accept cash at this time. Ive worked in gas stations before and Ive dealt with credit cards being down but how are you not able to accept cash and still be able to do credit cards? She was just upset that I walked in when she was going to smoke her cigarette. Thats complete laziness.

Very expensive fuel (expected as theyre right off the highway), but the staff is usually nice enough.

The only upside to this location is the friendly staff pumps are always down or theyre completely out of the gas and well go days without gas!
