By far one of the best Fastenal Ive ever been too and Ive been traveling and working construction for over 12 years! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Not to mention a sense of camaraderie between the employees! Would recommend it to any and everyone 💯

Useful for odd screw sizes or decent prices on medium quantities. Not great for metric, but adequate. Store hours could be better for the diyer, but I guess their target is businesses that need lots of screws.

Their bits are completely worthless, customer service is less than desirable. I had to have the woman that ran the store call her manager to get any resolution and she was snooty the moment i told her I was having issues with quality of the bits they sold me. While I was waiting I wandered back to look at product and she snapped saying that I was in a area not for customers!!! However no signs were posted. She did finally get me replacement bits that will hopefully be better quality but still Not ever coming back to this location again.

Horrible. Selection in this store is a joke. random merchandise all over. Needed to make a tax exempt purchase. After 20 minutes of waiting while the only emplyee on site (a recent hire) tried an failed to figure this out. My colleague a NASA technician, was amazed at how bad this Fastenall was and hes used them a lot in other locations in the US and Australia.The amazing thing is that this place has been in business for about 5 years? How they are still in business is rather strange.

This is not a hardware store, but great for fasteners eg. Nuts and bolts of any size shape or thread.
