Ive been going here for 13 years and I can assure you the CTI is the best martial arts institute in the state of Colorado.

All of the instructors here are amazing and very patient with every student. They make sure everyone gets that individual attention even in a class of people. You get a great workout and an education you can not get anywhere else for a martial art class and very positive people. I’d give a 10/10 if I could!!!!

The Golden Colorado Taekwondo Institute is just outstanding all-around. Every single one of the instructors really care about each individual student, and makes sure they get everything they need to be able to progress in the program. This Taekwondo program teaches self-directed learning, respect, self-control, self-discipline, confidence, and most importantly how to defend yourself and stay away from bad situations in the first place. I would highly recommend this Taekwondo school, as you wont only learn self-defense, but will also become an educated and well-rounded Martial Arts student. They teach children all the way from 2 years old (sometimes even younger) and up, and also will accept students with disabilities. Go on down and give it a try! You wont be disappointed. 10/10!!!!!

I’ve been going here the past 6 years and it has truly changed my life. The people here are amazing, kind, passionate, and most of all dedicated. Going to Taekwondo here has taught me so much more than personal health and fitness. It has taught me dedication, discipline, passion, and how to apply all of these skills to my life outside of taekwondo classes.

Thay are amazing school that provides lots of opportunities. You can make new friends, learn a way to get in shape, and help you with real life situations. The instructors have taught us many things about Taekwondo and about ourselves.

I first started practicing Taekwondo at the Colorado Taekwondo Institute - Littleton Campus, several years ago, where I was lucky enough to be able to train with Mr. Murphy and Ms. Dahle. They are both very professional, learned, and highly energetic instructors. I enjoy learning with them and always get a good, quality workout in their classes. They work great both with kids and adults. While I am sad they have since moved on to the Golden Campus, I highly recommend their classes to anyone who is just starting out in Taekwondo or who has several years of experience in martial arts.

The instructors and students at the CTI in Golden are top notch and among the most admirable individuals in society. You will be warmly welcomed and supported through every step of the training and everyone celebrates when you earn your next belt and are promoted to the next levels. You will experience the utmost in physical, mental and emotional strength while pushing yourself to achieve things you never imagined you could. Dont hesitate to try this training at the Golden campus or any other campus of the CTI. You will also have life-long friends along the way!

CTI was wonderful for our boys. Great, caring teachers helped build confidence and balance and strength. Very well organized and a great, positive environment for kids and teens.

Best thing I ever did for my 10 year old grandson was sign him up for tae kwon do, he loves the instructors and shows off his new moves when he comes home from class. This is a great facility and he made a lot of new friends there, plus I like that he may need to know how to defend himself later on in life. This place is lots of fun for everybody, plus he is more confident and really looks forward to going to class.

We love CTI! Colorado Taekwondo Institute is a great place for a family to get in shape while learning self control and self defense. It gave our family the opportunity to work out together while earning our blackbelts. The instructors were great role models and a positive influence in my childrens lives.

My family and I have been students at Colorado Taekwondo Institute Golden since 2014. The amazing instructors have taught our children self defense, respect, and commitment. As adults, we have benefitted from the rigorous physical training and mental challenge. Its rare to find an activity that the whole family can participate in together. Taekwondo at the CTI has given us years of bonding and fun that we will treasure forever.One of the core values of the school is taekwondo is for everyone and they truly mean it. People of all ages, and abilities are welcomed warmly and will be set up for success.Their commitment to providing a clean, safe environment for us to train during the Covid-19 pandemic has allowed us a much needed outlet during a very difficult time. I have been a student with the Colorado Taekwondo Institute Golden campus since September 2011 and it has been an amazing experience. I started when I was 55 years old. The average student starts Martial arts at younger age However, one of the things I like about the Colorado Taekwondo Institute is their curriculum is designed for just about all ages. I am in the best condition mentally and physically because of it. Just started, white belt, i was 278lbs when i started. Lost 6lbs in one month just doing 1 class a week. I recommend this place.

This martial arts school is amazing for so many reasons. Mr. Steward, Mr Sandusky and Mr Brauch are excellent instructors for any age group. From the beginning, students learn respect and courtesy in this is modeled by their upper belts every day. You can tell students love going to class and the school is clean and well organized. Every class is dynamic and educational and I always feel welcomed and enjoy working out there. This is a wonderful school for anyone looking for structure and discipline for the kids or an upbeat and enjoyable work out for themselves. I highly recommend the Colorado Taekwondo Institute!

Our children started taking classes at CTI Golden over 5 years ago when they were 3 and 6 years old. We were so impressed by the quality of the training and the family-friendly environment that my husband and I began taking classes shorty thereafter. Our kids are now 8 and 11 and we have all been training together ever since. Not only have we learned new skills and increased our fitness, we have an invaluable family bond created in this wonderful environment. CTI is a great school for all age levels and abilities. I would recommend it to anyone.

Our son has attended classes at CTI since he was three -- hes now 11 and a brown belt in advanced training. He has worked hard to earn each of his belts and I have watched his skill and confidence grow under the instruction of many superb black belts. I love the sense of responsibility that this school has instilled in him -- their focus on academics, sportsmanship and community are a great mix. I would highly recommend Colorado Taekwondo Institute to other parents.

As we moved here last summer, I brought my son to CTI to learn taekwondo, and to also meet kids in our new neighborhood. Not only are the instructors amazing, they have fun events like the lock-ins, and community service events like the annual food drive. CTI is interested in teaching taekwondo and physical fitness with the added bonus of being invested in the whole child and their character development. After seeing my son work with some of the older teens whove been at CTI for years, Im even more impressed. So many articulate, composed and helpful older students who are there to support the younger ones. I even started taking adult classes myself!

My son has been attending CTI Golden for a year now and we LOVE it! The values that CTI focuses on really support the values we are trying to teach our son - self-discipline, self-respect and respect for others. The instructors are great! They really know the kids and take the time to really teach! They are kind and polite and make the kids feel successful! We look forward to many more years with CTI!
