This is a family owned business and every time I go they are just the nicest people who are always happy to help. Not only that but they have a good work ethic as well and get things done in a timely manner. They are worth checking out if you dont have your own place to work on your bike.

I called yesterday and spoke with Kenny about purchasing an ATV for my wife. He was extremely helpful and gave me multiple recommendations. He went as far as to describe differences between several models of ATVs. I have been a motocross rider all of my life but I have never ridden atvs in that capacity so having somebody explain some subtle differences I was unaware of was extremely refreshing and it felt reassuring. I stopped in today and we sat down to look at the models and do the paperwork. I spoke with Michael for several minutes while I waited on Kenny to get back from a customer request and had a great conversation with him. When Kenny arrived back at the shop everything went great!! They were somewhat short staffed this afternoon and they made every accommodation to explain to me the situation and were a true professionals. Kenny also informed me of military discount programs that were in place for military members with certain models and brands. I would also like to add that last year I purchased a PW 50 for my son, however, it was not through fun products because unfortunately they were out of stock at that time. I had spoken with Kenny at that time as well and even though I had to go elsewhere and purchase it from another dealer he took the time to talk to me and discuss the bike even though he knew I couldn’t purchase it from him and that is going above and beyond in my opinion. I never forgot that and that is one of the true reasons why I made it a point that my next purchase would be from fun products!! I highly recommend them and I truly appreciate everything they did for me!!

Called trying to find a CVT drive belt replacement. Gentlemen on the phone did not act like he really wanted to help me and just told me that the only thing they carry is factory replacements. COOL! I thought! I have a factory number and the aftermarket number. Unless it was their brand they were not going to try to help even if it meant they could have sales in the long term. I have worked in retail sales and parts for three major brands. Don’t tell me one idiot behind the counter cannot pick up a book and try to cross reference or find the right number. Pitiful poor service never calling or going back

A pretty standard fun, adventure style motorsports store. I give them 5 stars for a solid selection and excellent customer service. Ive been to my fair share of these types of stores around the country and this one takes the cake!

Upon entering the store I was stared down by a clerk behind the services desk (whom I later found out his name was Joe). This gaze lasted for a few minutes and I looked at Him a few times to see if he was ever going To offer assistance. I’m not sure if he thought I planned to rob the place or planned to steal a motorcycle but he never once greeted me or offered to help me; I was only looking to purchase my first bike and wanted some info. Thankfully another gentleman came over to help me. I don’t know what Joe’s problem was.Edit :I appreciate your response to my review, and I’m sorry to hear Joe is having problems. However, it was taken personal because it was his own personal issue, as his gaze was racially driven. I felt a great amount of discomfort, so instead of a sale, you received a bad review and reputation to match. Joe needs to work on this.

I cant begin to tell you the heart this small family business has. Some friends and I had a wreck at busco on a Saturday and we brought it to them and they took the bike right in with out any hesitance and did every thing they could to get us back out there riding. So I would highly recommend them in any way sales, service, advice,etc. There here to help us I promise!!

Was only there for a tire. Brought the wheel in instead if the entire bike. Was in and out quick and service was good. If I go back for more later Ill rate them again. As a female I have run into some crappy service, places tend to try to take advantage thinking we ladies dont know what we are talking about or doing. But I didnt get that feeling here.

Went to purchase a battery and were out of inventory. Parts guys removed one from machine to keep me from having to come back. Great customer service, I will definitely return.

Kenny and Mike was great, just hope when you have a problem you dont have to bring it back for any reason and have to deal with Dan the owner. He was very ruled but afterwards he did give the money back .. Dan need to work on his public relations ..

Awesome people. Ive bought a 2011 and 2012 Honda Ruckus from here and I was very happy with both purchases. If I need any powersports machines, this is my shop. Also a great place for parts.

I would give a 0 star if I could. Been there twice neither experience any good. Rip off. Bike runs worse than when I brought it to them. I will NEVER go back. Ill search 3 hours out before going back to them.

I purchased a Yamaha Kodiak 700 with salesperson Kenny Echols. Kenny was very helpful in getting us the atv we wanted. Mike the sales manager was able to get a price that was reasonable. We agreed on a price and we left to get lunch so they could get the Kodiak ready. I returned and Kenny walked us through function, general maintenance and serviceable locations on the atv. Do your research before you go in so you know what you are willing to pay and what kind of machine you want. All staff member were friendly and fair. I would do business here again and plan to use them for service.

What can I say? These folks came through for me in the last hour of the day. Vacationing at Busco, on day 1 got a flat inner tube. They squeezed me in at the end of the day so I didnt have to spend half the next day dealing instead of riding.
