The customer service was excellent! They were friendly and professional. They gave a free estimate on a front bumper replacement with a paint match. Their labor rates were very reasonable. The vehicle was even an older model and the bumper looked great when they finished the job. It was even returned earlier than expected! Great work and great customer service! I would definitely go here again if I needed any body work done, and I would recommend this business to others.

Spriggs Auto exceeded my expectations in service. Customer service was great and friendly. The repair on my vehicle was perfect. I had a bullet hole on the hood and side pillar of my vehicle from a random shooting in which my car was hit. I was devastated. After getting quotes from other repair shops, Spriggs gave me the best estimate. You can not even tell there was damage to my car after Spriggs made repairs. I am very satisfied and I recommend Spriggs to all my friends.

Mr. Spriggs guaranteed his work, made sure that the insurance company supplied new parts, and even went so for as to give us a loaner from his car dealership when the length of time expired on our rental!
