Office has very friendly knowledgeable staff . They were able to answer all of my questions and set me up with ice cold water which isnt something that comes out of tap . The pricing is very fair . My only complaint is that they dont take the money out when you place the order for the water service . Its when they come which can be almost a month later . The driver we had was so friendly and set everything up very quick . Would definitely recommend! Great company 😁

We originally signed up with a different company but after our initial service being postponed 3 times we cancelled and called Culligan. Amy was so kind and helpful and we have not been disappointed with the service!

I didn’t know why I was buying bottled water! I ordered the premium water and it is the best tasting water I have had! There is no after taste! It’s very affordable! Cheaper than bottled water!

Culligan water is the best! Love their service and their communication! They text you reminders and you’re actually able to respond ‘skip’ if you don’t need water that month. They are the 5% that most businesses aren’t! When the hurricane hit and there was no water to be found in stores, Culligan had mine right on point! I’m actually on their website now hoping they deliver to Clayton- my daughter lives there and inquired about Culligan. ❤️

They are great about communication with pick up and drop offs, great customer service - there have been a few times where we have missed our pick up and drop offs and they made a special trip for us so that we could have water. Couldn’t be more pleased with their service.

Some of the nicest, most professional people youll ever meet! Just had a whole-house filter system installed as well as a reverse-osmosis under the sink. Eric and Gary made sure the job was done perfectly and went out of their way to do a beautiful installation. We will be highly recommending these folks to others. Outstanding work!

The customer service is wonderful! I have never had an issue with the company or the water. We purchased our water cooler from them almost 4 years ago. The water cooler is a wonderful addition to our home. It is used daily. It still runs great and is easy to clean and maneuver when needed. We are culligan water customers for life!
